There
was
no
water
for
2
hours,
then
we
had
only
cold
water.
The
concern
is
that
was
a
resolution,
but
that
was
taken
away
from
.
After
couple
hours
eventually
we
were
given
a
key
to
another
empty
room
so
we
can
use
the
hot
water
that
was
available
there.
But
the
hotel
manager
came
within
minutes
of
us
getting
the
keys
delivered
and
took
the
key
back.
She
said
hot
Water
will
be
back
in
10
minutes
(
that
was
the
fifth
time
we
were
promised
the
same
10
minutes
resolution
since
8:30am
till
that
time).
Keys
to
a
room
with
working
plumbing
was
an
acceptable
arrangement
for
a
fully
paid
โtripple
deluxeโ
room,
even
though
moving
around
floors
for
bathroom
use
does
not
sound
like
a
triple-deluxe
treatment.
While
we
understand
occasional
plumbing
issues,
taking
the
key
to
an
empty
room
back
for
hotelโs
convenience
was
the
absolutely
unacceptable
part
for
us.
Of
course,
hot
water
still
did
not
come
for
another
hour
until
we
eventually
checked
out
of
the
hotel.
We
hope
the
management
investigates
why
was
the
keys
taken
away
so
unprofessionally
by
that
one
employee.
The
hotel
definitely
had
empty
rooms,
Multiple
staff
members
hadtold
us
that
by
that
time.
Customers
deserve
better
treatment
for
a
โtripple
deluxeโ
room
than
not
having
essentials
for
stay
such
as
water.
