Beautiful convention center that preserved the history of the building! I have attended multiple events in the space such as the Off The Rails market, Smiles for Jake event, and a bean bag tournament. The space is big enough to fit full size fire trucks, boats, vehicles and much more in while fitting everyone comfortably. The concessions always have great options for food and beverages. If you are looking for a large building to host and event/convention/expo in, this is the space!

Super cool venue, aesthetically. Brainerd Exchange was under construction prior to the show, but they pulled off all of the updates, we were impressed with their dedication to completing all of the projects and finishing touches. The Staff was extremely helpful during the show in whatever we needed. The venue was top notch and large enough to fit huge equipment that our industry requires. I think the Brainerd Exchange partners with the right people to provide food and bar to attendees. They really fit our needs during the course of the event.

What a gorgeous space! And with the shoppes in there as well it's such a wonderful shopping space. Great for getting in steps, chatting with all the people, and so many awesome little small businesses. Such a great feel everything is local and supporting the community as well as creating an elevated environment where local businesses will thrive! And the big area for expos and events is also such am amazing place to host. Reviving the area one building at a time.

We held our CrossFit competition(Battle For The Axe) in this space January 18, 2020 and it did not disappoint! We received plenty of help with anything we needed, and all 140+ athletes couldn't stop raving on how amazing the space was! Thank you all! We look forward to seeing you again in 2021!

We enjoyed all the little shops here! Some very unique items in our opinion. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Loved the smoker place! Only thing we think would be helpful, would be a map of businesses and what type of a shop. Keep it up!

This is a review I made of an event at the Brainerd Exchange this winter, called the Smiles for Jake event. This event was awesome! We spent at least 3 hours there and our four-year-old granddaughter simply had a blast. It's the first time she's been able to have her picture taken with Santa, ever. It's great to have a winter time event that, although quite chilly, was very tolerable at this venue. One could spend a 1/2 hour with all the face painting and many other things for the kids to do, then wander outside and sit around either of the fires, not to mention that pile of snow that was probably the biggest attraction for the kids and it was a great sliding hill. It was packed right up until the lights went out! The slides were so slick one did not even need a sled. Perhaps the biggest attraction was the sleigh rides. If you got a little chilled you had the option of The Roundhouse Brewery or that great new coffee shop. Then back to the fires to watch the fire dancers. Back in again to The Exchange Building. Where else but the NP Center could you pack in so many people with so many events going on and still fit in the ambulance and a huge fire truck, with room to spare? Back outside for the finale, the fireworks! We hated to see it all end. This will be an annual event for us for sure. Very, very well done, and congratulations to all who helped put this together. Impressive to say the least!

Like nothing you have ever seen! Historic and awe-inspiring, this building sits in the heart of the railroad district at the Northern Pacific Center which provides an experience for all ages. Looking forward to attending many different events in the most unique venue available for miles around.

The entire NP campus is so charming! I have attended events at the Exchange and we have also held events in the Luminary space. It's a gorgeous place to be. The Exchange is large and accommodating - a beautiful venue for expos, trade shows, markets and concerts.
