    This is not fast food. Expect to wait 10-20 min to get your order, I love Wendys but the wait for food is terrible. Has been for over 6 months. Every time I decide to go back and try it is the same wait time and sub par food!

    Wendy's used to be my favorite fast food. Now the food is always cold. The order is always wrong. The staff is completely incompetent, even the managers. They don't stock the straws, drink lids, or condiments. I asked for something on the menu board and was told they didn't offer that. I pointed to it on the board and the person said, "I don't know". Couldn't be bothered to get a manager. There were about 5 people ordering while I was there and every single person had an issue. The guy right behind me was still at the counter when I left. It had been at least 30 minutes, and the manager had to ask the other employees how to give a refund to this poor guy. This kind of experience is normal every time I go, so I'm done. You're just not my favorite anymore. How does it possibly deserve a 3/5 rating?

    Very slow. Took almost 55 minutes from when we got in line to when we left with our order. Had a coupon buy one get one free for a large frosty but they couldn't figure out on how to use it so they charged us full price for everything.

    Ordered my food then waited 40 minutes to get it while watching 5+ customers get their food before me even though they had ordered 20 minutes after. Eventually got the food by going up to the counter and workers and asking for it, which helped me find out that they ignored me and continued to make me wait while they served others.

    Went to dine in. That was impossible!! Online it states dine in open. Doors are locked! You would make more money if you opened your doors! Another customer pulled up for an online order to pick up in store. They couldn’t either. Hands down the worst place to eat! I hope the owners know this!

    This Wendy's food was just gross. 13 dollars for two of the worst, coldest, most smashed supposed hamburgers ever. 2 bites and in the garbage. You can't pay me to come to this pit again. Which is too bad as most Wendy's are At least decent.

    This place is not “fast” food. Ordered food and was given it after people who ordered 20 minutes behind us. It eventually took 40 minutes in total until we were given our food. Which turns out they had our orders there the whole time but would not give it to us. Not a fan.

    The general manager is a piece of work. I do not speak harsh of people unless i genuinly have seen something that is deserving of it. This woman literally dissed her entire staff, because they were behind on orders. She said and i quote, "well look what i have to work with". I was appalled. With leadership luke that, yup, i wouldnt put effort in to make ya look good either lady. Lack of staff is a YOU problem. Not the staff. POOR LEADERSHIP. I also was there yhe other day when a woman complained aboyt something inthe bathroom that was still there 4 days later, the manager took no fault, nor did he do anything but make excuses for the uncleanliness. I know the prior owner and staff members, and it has done poorly since the change over. Sad. I avoid going here and genuinly know the staff work their butts off to kep that place above water. Lose the gm. Get a real leader and supperter of staff their and watch appreciated staff make that wendys thrive again. kudos to all line workers and cashiers, yall be bustin! Keep it up.

    Have always used to love Wendy's in town here but for the last month they have now gotten 4 orders wrong and each time takes 20-30 mins to just get through the drive through even when your the only one there. Lack of staff paying attention every time (it's the same staff almost every time I'm there too). So many things could be changed but the biggest one is to simply pay attention.

    Guy behind counter was yelling at customers and staff throwing food i have never been so disappointed in a restaurant before and will never step foot in there again. He needs to be fired.

    Dinner was closed. Drive thru was taking about 10-15 minutes per car. Ordered ahead on the app and informed as we got to the window that they were out of some of the items. Substituted but daughter disappointed. Restaurant needs more help or to have limited hours with full staff.

    Haven't been to a Wendy's in ages, but my husband said he has constantly heard advertisement about how good their fries were now, that they will always be crispy al the time. So, we decided to stop and check it out. All I can say is WOW! Not only was the burger really good, but the fries were HOT and CRISPY!! They were to die for! even better than McDonalds, who we always preferred. Now McDonald's has some competition.

    Sat at the drive thru for over 10 minutes and never got any service. Employee sat outside smoking a cigarette and didn’t do anything. Worst service I’ve ever had which makes me so sad because I love Wendy’s food. We went to the window and asked what the deal was and they said they were closed at nine due to short staff as there were three of them standing there and the website said they closed at 11pm. If I could give them no stars I would. What an absolute joke!

    Worst customer service I’ve ever received, whoever was working the drive thru at 9:20 am on 4/6/22 needs to be fired, extremely unprofessional and rude. Sorry you had to keep repeating the breakfast menu due to your screen being frozen, lady, but to escalate a situation with an unneeded spiteful comment was very ugly 🙃 never coming back

    It's okay. We went here after my mother went for a procedure at the hospital and couldn't eat in the morning. Pleasant staff member is the good. Very expensive. 29.00 for 2 meals and a burger

    We've always liked Wendy's in the past this time however wasn't a good time at all. The counter person was very confused and had no back up. Wasn't sure if they had large drink cups,after we had paid for our order he informed us that the fried pickle strips for the hot honey chicken sammy weren't available so we had to settle for regular pickles.He was constantly running back to the rear of the place looking for stuff. Waiting on 2-3 customers at a time and frustrating them all. We ( 3 sperate customers) waited an inordinate amount of time for orders and we all began to wonder what was happening with our food. To me the whole staff was in mild chaos and could have cared less about customers or food prep. In short... " Hated It"!

    I have always liked Wendy's food. Service was great, staff was friendly. The only negative was the price!! 3 people, and we ordered the meals with fries and a drink. One small chili was also ordered. The total was over 42.00!!! I know prices are high now, but won't be going there again, unless I'm by myself! Most fast food places are extremely high right now. Glad I don't go to them very often!!!

    During our visit staff was upfront about delays (short handed) and very apologetic. Kudos to the staff who despite the issues kept going. Focused on quality was appreciated. We encountered a few substitutes however food tasted great and our order was completed correctly (best french fries ever). Glad we waited and we'll be back.

    The spicy nuggets were dry and tasted like they bad been sitting out for hours. But they actually do the word SPICY justice. I'll give them that. The staff was really friendly.

    I don’t normally review restaurants at all but holly smokes something needs to be done with this place. The last 3 times I’ve gone here we have had abnormally long wait times some time up to 30 min. We tried to go Tonight the store was not busy at all and the employees were kinda standing around joking with each other. It took 5 min befor someone came to take our order. After we placed our order we waited 20 min before they called our order. Beings we waited so long I assumed our food would be hot but my girls burgers were cold, and my husbands burger was raw. The guy had the audacity to argue with me saying the burgers just came off the grill. There is no way! Please fix your store!

    Whenever you go to Wendy's you can always expect a little bit of a wait. This is only because their food is made fresh just for you. I truly felt this on our last trip. It was a bit later in the evening when my family of four went through the drive. Our food was so unbelievably fresh and hot and delicious. The young man at the counter was super friendly and apologetic for our wait.

    Please please please fix your ice machines. Last time I was here was 4 months ago and they are still broken. Fryer oil needs changing as well because everything has a dark brown tint to it. Have some pride in your business. The sugar cookie was pretty good.

    Food was good but staff was stressed and not working cohesively. Heard yelling between employees while waiting for over 15 minutes for our food. I didn't mind though because it was a holiday weekend and I'm sure fast food chains struggle to keep employees and train them in the team experience. I hope they can get the team working together.

    I understand being short staffed and waiting extra time for your food but 80 percent of the time I stop there yes 80 percent I'm always missing something on my order at least with the extra time you could maybe work on getting the orders right ffs

    I ordered barbecue sauce and they gave me every sauce but the barbecue? Fries are usually good when I order but were cold and old tonight. Maybe staff was having a bad night ?

    Just stopped for a quick bite to eat. Came into the lobby and the customer service was horrible, messed up our orders and the food was cold. Barely any people in the lobby or drive thru and you can’t make food correctly or HOT😡 definitely don’t recommend this location

    I will give this place the benefit of the doubt and write a 3 star review. My order was finally done correctly I recommend writing out your order instead of speaking general English with the employees. The workers are willing to work with you for the most part I like that a lot. Overall I’ll return but with a strategy. Why 3 stars? Because this place is 3 stars. McDonald’s is 4 stars for example. Chick-fil-a is 5 stars.

    First off 2 ppl ahead of us waited 10 min to order, then no bbq (didn't say that till I was offered sauce). Finally go to pay and can't break a hundred during dinner rush???!!!! Had few bad experience this year but c'mon!!!

    This place was cool to experience. Beautiful inside and the employees where understanding... We had almost 10 orders. Good food and great place to eat. Just gotta sweep a little more.

    Quick trip through the drive thru and staff is very friendly. But the Junior Bacon Cheeseburger in Nisswa had much more generous portions, even the meat pattie was thicker. Don't get me wrong, the JBC here is very good and typically what you get at most Wendy's.

    As far as fast food goes, the food is solid. However, waiting four mintues between rolling up to the speaker and getting "We will be right with" message to actually beginning the order is an indication of the service found at this location. And after two years, they still haven't filled the large pothole next to the drive through window.

    The new honey chicken was delicious the frosty was good as always. Unfortunately the fries where not as advertised. They where not hot nor crispy. The where soggy cold and smelled wierd. Not the employees fault but cooperate needs to change the cup design. I break once in my vehicle and it dumped on my floor. Even with a cup holder this is a problem.

    Me and my daughter come in all the time in the afternoon for chili! It’s always, good and hot! The manager in the morning/afternoon is so kind and accommodating! Excellent customer service and friendly staff! We need more managers like him! 👏🏼👏🏼

    We stopped in to get food after concert. When we got it our food. My chicken sandwich was cold and hard. My grandsons happy meal was cold. My husband sent his back. His food was then fresh 20 miles down the road he threw up. What a great experience All for 45 bucks!!

    I went to Wendy today to collect my free meal, I went through the drive through and when talking to a younger girl (Maddie a manager) she asked me to come into the store so we could find my name in the book so I parked and went in as I was waiting the other manager (Desiree) was very helpful trying to find my name but we were unable to find it so I just purchased my food. Now I'm waiting for my food and I see a kid go behind the microwave and start vaping, now I knew he was vaping because I seen smoke coming out of his nose, I couldn't believe it! I didn't have a chance to speak with a manager as the one was busy and the other was rude I will be reporting this as well

    I love the food here but the employees can start treating the customers A LOT BETTER! Just don’t assume that the customer is done ordering food.. that’s how you make money is by asking if I wanted something else that I was gonna order but never got asked or was allowed to even say. This will be the last time I come back here
