I
was
born
and
raised
in
Brainerd,
and
The
Barn
was
the
first
place
I
remember
eating
at
with
my
Dad
as
a
boy.
The
pie,
the
made
rite,
all
amazing.
So
when
I
returned
after
moving
away
for
college
after
20
years,
this
was
my
first
stop.
Brainerd
had
changed
so
much,
but
my
fond
memories
of
the
The
Barn
didn’t
change
one
bit.
The
diner
is
small,
quaint,
feels
like
home.
The
smell
of
the
food
was
amazing.
Take
a
seat,
order
quickly,
don’t
be
fussy.
This
is
not
a
place
to
alter
the
menu,
this
place
is
meant
to
order
what
they
have
and
be
amazed.
The
staff,
were
friendly
and
quick.
And
the
food
came
out
even
quicker.
I
ordered
two
of
the
made
rites
with
tots.
Then
I
had
a
apple
pie
slice
for
dessert.
Done
and
done…I
couldn’t
have
been
happier.
Memories,
amazing
food,
simple
execution
of
food
and
experience.
This
is
what
makes
diners
in
America
amazing.
Food
for
the
masses
without
bias.
This
is
why
The
Barn
to
me,
is
the
perfect
diner.
