    This is the 11TH TIME that I have gone through the line, and each time I get the same thing. Fries, and ranch. Please explain to me how you don’t put ranch in bag, when it is one of the two options I want, 11TIMES. Oh, and no, I’m not being petty about this. I found a BEARD HAIR ON MY APPLE PIE. You want proof? There you go. As you can see. My actual hair is not long enough AND I DONT HAVE FACIAL HAIR. I’ve lived in brainerd for the past 18 years, but these past few years at this McDonald’s? Have been the worst for me. How about you?

    Not a busy morning, only 2 other people sitting down to eat. No greetings when we arrived, no one at the registers, employee on cell phone, tried to order on the touch screen, (didn't see senior choices on the menu). I ask the manager for help or could we order at the front. Without a thought, he asked someone else to help us. As we proceeded to the main counter, a man jumped ahead to get help. We ended ordering on the touch screen. I went to the front to pay, (no waiting). Asking if they had $.99 coffee. Yes, but since we ordered a meal... we wanted to change our order...to late. The breakfast was warm and tasted like it been sitting for a while. I can't recommend this location.

    Staff is always rude and they’ll scoff at you if you ask any questions, from the drive up menu all the way to picking up food. Every person I’ve interacted with, not impressed. Go to a different location if you want to be treated like a human.

    I went the other day and heard one of the managers yelling at another employee for not doing what she wanted when they were already doing as told, not very customer friendly I'd say. They should really learn some respect before they lose employees.

    Excellent job from everyone that was working today. With Brainerd MN and the problem with the city water boiling it before using it. They at McDonald's was doing a fantastic job. Thank you

    The food was fine friendly but front desk way too crowded I would take out the coffee bar stool area out it's not a coffee shop it's not needed plus it's next to the front registers no one wants to be near the crowd who just wants to order their food while drinking coffee

    Ordered mobile pickup and the guy that brought my food walks out and hands me my food with a blank stare at me like he wants to fight me. He didn't say one thing to me but kept looking at me like he wanted a confrontation . I went inside to tell the manager about his strange behavior, but was told that he was a minor and that she didn't like the way I was complaining about it. I literally felt like I was in Idiocracracy. NEVER going back to that place again

    Took forever. Staff was busy giving a stoner kid a hard time for not showing up for a previous shift. Took almost 20 min to get a bacon egg and cheese and a side of scrambled eggs. Bathroom was dirty. Tissue on the floor. Urinal leak or just urine on the floor.

    It's getting too expensive to eat here anymore. One person can't get a full meal for less than $10 anymore. The employees seem like they don't want to be there. They act like automatons and don't seem very well trained. The food was mediocre at best.

    It's McDonald's so... after being told twice to make sure my sandwich was the spicy deluxe, they still got it wrong. $18 for a meal and a wrong sandwich is disappointing. Can't even be broke and eat at McDonald's anymore.

    The food was pretty standard fare for a McDonalds. But it was fresh, hot and very tasty. I did this order online and everything was correct in the bag. I liked the golden arches at this location. Nice nostalgic touch.

    Went through drive thru and ordered a quarter pounder w/cheese, extra pickle and hold the silver onions. What I got was no extra pickle, no cheese, extra onions/ ketchup with middle of burger raw. Went into McDonald's, showed my receipt and the raw burger to a worker. Waited another 32 mins for a newly cooked/made quarter pounder. Got back to the vehicle, opened bag to check and still NO extra pickle, silver onions on burger and burger still wasn't cooked in middle. Raw again. Went back in and showed manager, explained the whole scenario to manager. Long long story short. It took over 2 hours being at that McDonald's to get a fully cooked quarter pounder. Absolutely disgusted with that slow food service that still couldn't get my NO silver onions with extra pickle order correct.

    Went through the drive thru today. Ordered the chicken nugget meal with sweet and sour dipping sauce and a diet coke. The fries and the chicken were dumped upside down in the bag, no sweet and sour sauce and the diet coke tasted nasty.

    Kiosks instead of cashiers.... then I went to ask a question (as I placed the order wrong) and a manager sternly told me they can't do anything and I need to talk to the one cashier. Not staff fault, management.... But I will not be going back to a place that is almost completely automated, then the humans can't even be tasked with a question. Sad.

    went here for a simple kids meal and when i opened my box i had a nice suprise waiting for me. my ranch , was cut and spilt all over the place leaving me with a huge mess. i am unbelievably mad. clearly this was on purpose and for what ? also my friends fries were tipped upside down , which is so aggravating and not appropriate. i have never had this kind of experience in my entire life. i will be visiting mcdonald’s again, but it will NOT be this location. feeling: angry 😡

    Ordered a Big Mac w/ no cheese. It had cheese on it. They told me to pull forward, and I waited 20min but they gave me the wrong order. So I went inside and waited another 10 min. I have a bad spine and thats the whole reason why I go through drive. Kinda sucked

    Very disappointed. Tried to log into app at 9:30 AM. Unable to get in. Came back for lunch at 11AM. Still unable to get into app. Tried on 3 different phones, nothing. Ordered food at the kiosk and mentioned to Manager that app was not available. He said he would look into it. I assume it was a brush off because he just took his same spot behind counter.

    The quality of customer service is falling short. The lady who handed me my drink and food was blah. I get it your working at a fast food joint but still common good service should be a goal. I said thank you and the lady shut the window and how she spoke I won't go back to this one. Thank goodness we have 2 in our area. The Brainerd NE one at least they are polite.

    My wife wanted a fish sammy Mickey D filled the bill. Used the dining room for the first time in 2 yrs.... Very romantic ! Fish breath and all.

    I got 3 large frappes, they forgot the caramel so when I called to see if my fiancée could come in and get caramel added no one answered the phones, im going to the other McDonald’s next time.

    Completely unmemorable. The employees were basic robots. Not one smile or hint of professionalism. They may as well have been working in a sweat job. I've seen more joy at a funeral

    Yes, they serve the usual food, but they do it with a smile. The place is clean and the staff neatly dressed. Service is speedy and they are helpful when you need something.

    I have not had fast food in a long time. Shortly after I finished my meal was sick. Pretty sure I got food poisoning. Will never eat there again.

    I ordered and was charged for extra Carmel and Hot Fudge on the sundaes I ordered but never received the extra amount. Make sure you check before you leave so you don't get ripped off.

    Would be nice if I could use my points on more then one thing at a time since earned them. I can understand getting only one deal per day. However I earned my points I should be able to use them if I want more then one item. I can't even get a burger and fries or drink... What A BUMMER!!
