    I’d been working out on my own for many years at various gyms, never quite making the kind of progress that I’d hoped to achieve, and always vaguely aware that I was just treading water for the most part. My decision to engage the services of a personal trainer was the second best decision I ever made. The best? Choosing Coach Craig Kelly as that trainer. From day 1 he has made me feel like we are partners in making my fitness goals a reality - and the results have been extraordinarily gratifying. As a trainer, Craig is not just extremely knowledgeable - and he certainly is that - but he’s also a person of integrity, through and through. Although we began working out together at another gym, I was delighted to follow him to Slight Edge Fitness and Performance, which I have seen him build out into the highly successful business that he dreamed of and which he deserves. I’m delighted to be a client - you will be, too.

    My husband and I are both north of 60 and training with Craig has been very beneficial for both of us. We have better posture, balance and are stronger. Those pains that occur as you age, back, shoulders, hips, etc are greatly diminished and I attribute that to his knowledge about what exercises will help us on an individual basis. We look forward to the challenges he presents us and always leave our training sessions feeling better both physically and mentally for having trained with him Thank you Craig

    My experience with the Slight Edge Fitness app and online coaching with Coach Craig Kelly has far exceeded my expectations. The app makes it simple and easy to track my workouts and helps keeps me accountable. I have 2 young daughters so finding time to meet in person consistently is very tough! This app gives me the freedom to create my own schedule. If you are looking for a trainer but have a busy schedule like myself, I highly recommend giving the Slight Edge Fitness online coaching a try!

    I first started working with Coach Craig Kelly of Slight Edge Fitness to help me get in better shape for my upcoming wedding. On my wedding day, I looked and felt better than I ever could have imagined. Since then, I've continued training with Craig and have made even more progress, and exceeded quite a few personal goals along the way. Craig is simply a good person and he's able to make you feel comfortable right from the start. He's extremely knowledgeable about health and fitness and brings a holistic approach to your fitness journey. When working with Coach Craig, you are more than just a client, you are an athlete and a friend.

    I joined Slight Edge a few months ago and have had an amazing experience so far. Craig Kelly was extremely helpful while I was getting set up, and I have been working out with Coach Kevin Hock 2x per week. He is an amazing trainer who pushes me to get better each time. Kevin is very knowledgeable in the space, supportive, and I look forward to each session. After a few months, I already feel stronger and am excited about the progress I have made so far. I highly recommend Kevin and Slight Edge team to anyone who is looking for a great work out in a supportive and encouraging environment!

    I started training with coach Craig Kelly in January 2022 about 2-3x a week. At that time, I was about 9 months postpartum as well as coming off from an ACL tear. I am not new to working out, but seeing Craig has made a significant difference in my overall health. I was a person that was extremely intimidated lifting heavy weights and because of Craig’s encouragement, patience, and understanding of another’s capability- I am extremely comfortable picking up a 30lb. weight with ease. Craig is extremely professional, non judgmental, and easy to talk to. He does check ins with my knee to make sure I am not over doing it. If I could encourage anyone that is looking to work on their overall fitness, get ready for a wedding or feeling intimidated with heavy weights but want to start somewhere-I urge you to see coach Craig Kelly.

    My wife and I first started going to Slight Edge in April of 2022. We were both looking to get in better shape for our upcoming wedding. I signed up for the private lessons with Craig Kelly while my wife joined the small group training. Craig helped us achieve our short-term goal of losing weight and looking great ahead of our wedding. Initially our intention was just to get in shape for our wedding, but we’ve been hooked and it’s become part our routine. Craig’s coaching pushes you to step out of your comfort zone and helps change the way you see working out. We highly recommend Slight Edge Fitness and their staff to anyone who’s looking for a friendly atmosphere to get fit.

    Craig is an unbelievable trainer. He takes the time to understand your fitness &/or weight loss goals and can tailor programs specific to meeting and exceeding them. He is a great coach and consistently demonstrates his wealth of knowledge in personal training. Highly recommend Craig whether you are an aspiring athlete or simply looking to live a healthier lifestyle.
