Fantastic service! Above and beyond exceptional! I wanted a special order for Pizza, and my waiter, Keith, made it happen. I wanted a special mock tail, and Keith made that happen too. Our food was phenomenal, but the staff made the place as delightful as it was (bunny ears and all). Highly recommend!!!!

The place was elegant and lovely, which I believed was good for a romantic date. This restaurant is in South Shore Plaza so you can go shopping and then have a good dinner. The pasta was well flavored (yay, this is an Italian restaurant!). The steak was good but not my expectation. The staff here was nice and I did have a wonderful time!

It was ok, I got pasta with chicken and shrimp. The pasta was very chewy to me it tasted over done. The shrimp and chicken were also over cooked. My lobster cake was great which is why I gave it a 4

We went there on Easter Sunday. The food was good. The menu selection needs some improvements. It is not worth the price of the food. The atmosphere is beautiful there. I must say it is definitely not so kid friendly the restaurant I had a hard time ordering for my children although they do offer a children’s menu with larger portion but they don’t tell you that you just have to based on how expensive the prices for the kid’s meal. Then you have to determine whether it’s enough for your child to eat. I will probably only go there for a date night. Never really a family night for the children. I only took a point off to be honest because of the menu selection, and the fact that the waitress did not go over the menu with us and did not let us know if there was any specials she just kind of waited around and made us make our own decisions.

First and foremost the bread is amazing!!! Secondly, the spring roll sampler is so delish! My favorite is the buffalo chicken one. Last but not least the cocktails are amazing!

The excellent customer service that was provided here was one of the highlights of the experince. Can't remember the waitress's name (Haley maybe) but she was great and perfectly accommodating. Atmosphere was very relaxing. The pasta and braised beef ribs dishes were too good! I added extra shrimp to my pasta dish for $21 and they only gave me 3 which I felt was a rip off, but I would still visit here again in light of the total experience otherwise.

What a wonderful dining experience we had tonight! Our servers were Julio and Alejandro and they were so personable and knowledgeable. We had delicious food and the atmosphere was perfect. One of us had a birthday and they brought out a dessert on a plate with Happy Birthday written on it in chocolate. Such a fabulous ending to an outstanding dinner in every respect!

After a terrible experience in a different place we came here and I am so glad we did! The ambience, the staff , the food , the service etc was just awesome! Our server Diane was outstanding. All items were fresh and delicious. The homemade butter was to die for.
