My mum and I went into Love Culture the other day, she was just trying on and buying a few clothes and I was waiting around in the store. The sales clerks were very helpful and nice, my mum really liked how good they were. But there was a manager in the store named Jen who really had the wrong attitude and disrespected my mum and I, being all rude when she was asked questions and treated us like we just insulted her personally by being in the store, not to mention she had the same energy addressing the employees aswell. it was a terrible experience of customer service and we will not be going back and recommend to people to not come there because the environment was toxic. Definitely not worth going there for clothes just to be treated with hostility by a manager.

Rude and not welcoming. I bought a dress with something stuck onto its front, and it was not removable. I wanted to exchange it for another one but the manager was not happy with it, started to yell about how she remembered me and told me that there was nothing on it when she scanned me out. But there was because I have a picture of the dress of it before I bought it. horrible, weak customer service and very disorganized. i could do so much better. Period pooh!

Was incorrectly charged twice. One month later and numerous phone calls and emails to various departments we still have not had our funds returned.

Cool style, but Cheap fabrics. God forbid you ask for help. It is non existent. Oh, well the clothes arent expensive.

The most disgusting customer service ever. It’s as if you’re bothering them when making a purchase. Well Mr. Rep with id number ending in 083, first rule of customer service, you never point to anything for a customer. I guess you pay for what you get. Poor quality clothing equals poor customer service.

If you buy something here you better make sure you real real like it no return or exchanges for my experience its not worth it thy will give you gift card which won't work

I go here to look for cute pieces not to shop shop. It's a cool store.

Wasn't too impressed. Didn't find anything I liked. I'd for sure stop in again just to check if there was anything new, but overall nothing caught my eye on my first visit.
