I've left my review for bramhall hall on the appropriate page, this is just about the park lands. You can visit the park for free, you only pay to go into the house which is well worth it. The park has a great little playground aimed at kids around 10 and under. Theres ample picturesque spots for picnics with lots if picnic benches around too. Theres a duck pond, which at the moment (may/june) is thriving with baby ducklings, you can purchase duck food at the visitors center for £1 a bag as they would like you not to feed them bread, not that that stopped anyone but the ducks go mad for the duck food! There are toilets at the visitors center. Ice cream is £2 a pot in the visitors center or £2.95 for a single cone in the cafe. Parking can be a nightmare, spaces are limited and it tends to be very busy at weekends.

Lovely park with Tudor style, impressive manor house overlooking the entire park. Nice family and pet friendly cafe next door with good facilities and food and drink options. Parking is a pay meter which isn't very expensive and there's some road parking in that local area to then have a short walk to the park.

A very nice hall to walk around. There's information in each room, the staff are knowledgeable and passionate. The grounds have some nice walks, and the duck pond is fun - buy a bag of feed from the shop. Under 16s are free. Adults £6.50. Pay and display carpark. The cafe serves good food, but it's a little on the pricey side.

Great house to visit. Fascinating history and great interior and good walks. Odd cafe system forced us to eat a meal outside but could have eaten inside if we had only had cake. So Odd!!!

I love this park. I go there often. Lots to see. The paths are good. The ducks are very pretty. The stream is lovely. The cafe is nice. A bit pricey in my opinion but it always seems busy enough with a lovely garden that is made child friendly from what I can see. Toilets in the cafe block. You have to pay to visit Bramhall Hall but it is a great place to look around and a stunning building if you just want to roam around outside.

Such a beautiful building. The history is great and staff were so helpful when we were unsure of where to start/go. Great experience. The surrounding grounds are beautiful also. Great day out!

The house: I've visited countless fine stately homes in recent years across the country - most far grander than this, but Bramhall is perhaps the most notable & memorable amongst them all. The exterior is in such fine condition for the building's age that it looks mock Tudor, but it's the interior and its contents that really make it worthwhile. A well presented mix of furnishings & family memorabilia from generations who've lived there through the centuries. The solar deserves world heritage status - world class. Highly recommended

An Easter visit. Didn’t go in the hall as we had the dog with us. The park was very busy but we enjoyed a walk around the lakes and the gardens. Stopped for teas and Danish pastries afterwards, very enjoyable.

Unfortunately couldn't get in because of a wedding function but we should have checked the opening times online. Beautiful place on the outside. Will definitely return to view the inside. Looks impressive and at £5 per adult entry fee worth returning.

Amazing park within Bramhall !!! Very suitable for kids with playground and food shops. What to expect: 1. Pond and ducks, birds and squirrels 2. Forrest for trekking 3. Rapids that improves the sound of the place 4. Playground

Beautiful walk, cheap parking, was £1 for 2 hours which is very reasonable. Unfortunately didnt get to go into the hall as a wedding was on, however I have been before and adore the house. The grounds are absolutely beautiful to enjoy, we just went yesterday, so Autumn is in full swing, which I love, lots of greens, oranges, reds, pinks and browns, the forest has an abundance of colours magically falling from the trees. The places is fantastic, the reason for not giving 5 stars is because I would like to see a little bit more, something missing from giving it 5 stars, if you want a day out then your wanting too much but if your wanting a late afternoon stroll this is perfect.

Beautiful park and great views. The new flower patch planted below the house, has made an already beautiful park look even better! Sadly only 4 stars as the food menu in the restaurant is separate from the outdoor food caravan, which is situated just 15m away and separated by a wall of glass. Customers choosing to eat from the caravan menu cannot sit in the cafe and are only allowed the outdoor seating, and vice versa, making it frustrating for groups of customers that may wish to eat different things, all of which may not be available on the same menu.

Lovely walk in the woods, by the river and the dam. Amazing views from the grounds near the Hall, ample grounds for kids to run around. The kids play area is too small compared to the population that visits.

Early May Bank Holiday we took a walk round the grounds of Bramhall Hall with our dog. In a nut-shell, it is beautiful. The Hall was closed (it is only open a few days of the week, so check before you leave). We walked through natural grottos of nature. Pathways alongside the river, babbling brooks, Iris lined ponds, beautiful paddocks, over bridges, to lovely gardens. There are plenty of benches to take a rest along the way. The spectacular Elizabethan Hall sits high on a hill. This spectacular black and white building was a sight to behold. There is a Cafe serving the usual coffee, cold drinks and light meals for those who want to spend longer than we did but, we paid for 1 hour on the car park (via RingGo) and thoroughly enjoyed our walk. Everything is well tended, from pathways to steps to beautiful gardens. It is well worth a visit. Next time I would like to go in the hall for a tour as it is over 50 years since I was last in the Hall.

One of the main attractions in Bramhall Park is Bramall Hall, a magnificent Tudor manor house situated within the park grounds. Bramall Hall dates back to the 14th century and is known for its stunning architecture, beautiful gardens, and rich history.

Cafe and outdoor seating area were fabulous for a lovely sunny day. Coffee was really nice too. Great scenic park for a good walk and not too busy which was perfect for us. Defo recommend a visit, but parking quite limited. There's a 'small car park' when you first drive in which was full, but even the 'large car park' was pretty small.

One of my favourite places, dog friendly, stunning Tudor mansion, playground, ducks, walks, stream and woods

An amazing Tudor House dating as far back as 1300. Beautiful walks around the house with 70 acres to enjoy of woodlands, ponds and lots of birds and ducks. A great day out for the family and for children. The house itself is a museum open to the public. We'll worth the visit. The house has been preserved and restored beautyfully over the years.

Not been back for a while but they have done well with the gardening, particularly the labdscaoed bit round the back. Not quite the same without the geese. You need wellies really - in autumn/winter or when it has been wet. Also done well with the path improvements but the park road side path/that part of one of the lakes. Nov23, Nice to see a few Canada geese back.on the park

Small playground but 4 yrs and 7yrs really enjoy it there. Trampoline and big slide are favourites. Love feeding the ducks. Cafe inside good coffee but have found sitting outside drinks really not good. Watery black coffee and milky latte. Have tried twice with the drinks, was told that is how they made in all coffee shops but not in ones I’ve ever been in. So that is a miss for us. It is a really nice place to go with lots of benches, nice walks and open spaces for picnics. Not been in the hall but understand it’s nice to have a look around.

Beautiful grounds and lake to walk around. A little hilly in parts. The Hall is beautiful. Nice cafe but unfortunately being a Sunday it was very busy and there were no free tables inside. Large outside area with seating and takeaway food and drink if you can brave the cold🥶
