The best dental clinic in Prague! Very recommended!

Today I was at Dr. Kučerová's for an entrance examination. She knew about all the information I wrote to the empathic Ms. Halíková in an email. The doctor therefore already knew in advance about my concerns arising from my previous experience at another clinic. She performed a detailed examination, explained what was needed and talked with me about other possible procedures. Both the doctor and the instrument technician did an amazing job. In addition to a completely professional job that I never dreamed of, the ladies managed to get rid of the worries and fears that I carried inside me. The doctor explained everything to me perfectly, spoke very nicely, and at the same time listened honestly and patiently to every question I had. She was very patient with me. And not only that, I am grateful to her. I look forward to my next visit. Thank you for your work. And I also appreciate the excellent communication, which is at a very high level at the clinic. I repeatedly visit the Jan Stuchlík Dental Clinic for Dental Hygiene. I chose this clinic after a previous negative experience with another clinic, where the patient's pain during treatment was not taken into account. I have to admit that my experience here is completely different, and Mrs. Bc. Svobodová (dental hygienist), has a different, human approach. Doctor Hana Písková & Jana Wallace are The Best Professionals EVER!!! They have completely changed my view on dentist visist. They truly care about the patient, they are extremely professional, understanding, supportive and really really empathetic. Overcoming the fear of the dentist itself and the determination to visit, I chose this clinic based on the reviews. I couldn't be more pleased with this selection. The professional approach of Dr. Crazy and her nurse is something phenomenal. Most of the time my biggest concern is not falling asleep while they are doing the procedure, as most of the time it is without a single hint of pain. And if pain occurs, just say so and the person will receive another painkiller injection.

I experienced a surprisingly negative situation during a visit to the dentist in the 9th month of pregnancy. Although the receptionist who made my appointment was informed of my pregnancy when I arrived at the dentist, Dr. Kučerová and the nurse told me that they could not examine me due to my pregnancy and recommended that I make an appointment only after the birth. After this information, I left the office after a few minutes. However, when rebooking, the receptionist informed me that I had to pay for the entrance examination. I pointed out that the entrance examination did not actually take place because of my pregnancy. She decided to consult the doctor about the situation, who came to me with an edge in her voice and a sick tone, claiming that the problem was not on their end. Her haughty tone and dismissive attitude shocked me. Although I explained the situation to her, that the staff had been informed of my pregnancy and that I had only spent a few minutes in the office, she refused to have any constructive conversation. Instead, the doctor aggressively stated that I should pay nothing and find a new clinic. This reaction left me in absolute shock. I think it was a minor misunderstanding that could have been resolved with better communication. I consider the unexpected removal from the patient list to be an exaggerated and deeply unprofessional reaction.
