Having heard that Czechia offers high quality dental services at considerably lower cost than the UK, and having done extensive research we contacted the dSmile clinic for further information. We were given excellent initial guidance via WhatsApp by Dr.Michael Livshyts and arranged to visit Prague for the extensive treatment required. We were very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of all the staff at the clinic.It is equipped with the most up to date equipment which enables it to carry out its own laboratory work and the manufacture of implants, crowns and veneers, so that if something is not quite right it can be re manufactured immediately. We have just made our second visit and all the work has been carried out by Michael, who is both friendly, considerate and very highly skilled. We would highly recommend the clinic. Update... Just made our third visit, when further work was carried out after the bone grafts done during the last visit had fully healed. Further implants were placed, plus crowns and a bridge. All very skilfully done, as usual. The last task for Michael on this occasion was to carry out some soft tissue grafting in preparation for the final visit in about 4 months time.

Upon arrival at the office; dental staff was wearing personal protective equipment and following COV-19 precautions. I received a plan printed out for the work needed; starting with the most urgent and how much it will cost. Prices were reasonable and easy payment process given the awesome quality of work. Appointments that fitted my personal calendar were set for 5 days. The first day, Dr. Livshyts explained the procedure, why, and exactly how he was going to carry it out. Always asking if I had questions, concerns, taken away any anxiety about the process. The most professional, intelligent, artistic, caring dentist I ever had the pleasure of been treated by. After doing my research on dental tourism in Europe, I decided on dSmile in Prague to complete my dental treatment. It was clear to me from the initial consultation with Dr Michal Livshyts that I had made the right choice. Emergency extraction of my tooth in Hradec Kralove was a total nightmare so I was really scared to go through bone graft and honestly I wasn't hoping a magic when I came to Dsmile clinic . After 3D scan consultation, I was pleasantly surprised when I was told that bone graft wasn't necessary. My experience has been extraordinarily amazing !

Travelled to Prague as I needed all lower jaw teeth treated and after telephone consultation it was agree Michal would install 10 veneers subject to scans and x rays. The clinic is easy to find being adjacent to Jinonice metro. I was scanned, x rayed and photographed extensively(best scans I have ever seen) then teeth cleaned and prepared. The scan revealed that I needed further amalgam fillings replaced with white composite and an extraction. This was a lot of work which had to be done over five days. The standard of equipment was exceptional and the ability to manufacture veneers onsite meant that I only needed one day off. The staff are brilliant particularly Michal who is caring, talented and very diligent. There were always three people in the room. Michal and two assistants. My wife waited for most of the procedures and she was kept supplied with really good coffee and water. All the reception staff are really friendly and professional. I cannot recommend this dental surgery enough. I have paid a lot of money in private dental surgeries in UK and feel like I’m just another payday. This clinic is fantastic the level of care and treatment better than any other clinic I have ever been to. Oh yes and it is less than 50% of the UK cost whilst offering far superior treatment. Prague is a lovely city so a bonus. I am extremely pleased with the end result and have had a lot of comments on the amazing difference from worn out teeth to lovely new white teeth. It says it all that I am looking forward to re-attending next year. It is rare you get a highly professional, caring and friendly environment. Thanks Michal you are a star.

I had 3 implants done and also obtained a new smile with new veneers. The difference is remarkable and I am completely satisfied. I am very happy with the results ; work was done professionally and without discomfort. I reccomend the Dsmile clinic without reservation.
