Checkin and checkout process is very very simple. Great design, the room was nice and spacious, the large bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and was very clean. The location is very close to the tram station. An excellent stay in Prague. (The photos on the website are accurate!)

This place is a scam. It recently lost 1 star and is about to lose another. So, what is the scam? They list amenities on their website and other channels such as Expedia that are not actually available, such as air conditioning. Because no one works at the hotel, it is impossible to complain or get any assistance. You can send their “help” number an SMS (text message) and they will eventually respond and say that someone is coming to look at the problem or fix it, but they never show up. The check-in process is online, good luck figuring that out if you arrive without Internet access. I made a reservation for two, but my friend could not make it, and they would not let me check in. The system required photos of two passports, which of course I did not have. I had to cancel my reservation, lose a one-day deposit, and make a new reservation for only one person. Of course, if I knew how bad the rooms were, I would have booked somewhere else. The rooms also do not feel safe. There is no way to lock the door, no deadbolt or chain. You use a 4-digit code to unlock the door and just pray that no one else comes in. I cannot imagine what I would have done if I was in the shower when housekeeping entered the room. The location is also bad. It is just far enough away from everything that you want to see and do that it turns the trip into a big hassle. For example, the Charles Bridge is a 15 minute walk away and Old Town Square is 20 minutes away. That adds an extra 30-40 minutes round-trip just to step outside for a short stroll through the beautiful parts of Prague.

The flat was huuuge and really beautiful. It was clean and there were little things left for us, like earplugs, drinks etc. The spartment was very quiet and I had a good night sleep there. Overall, great experience.

Beautiful rooms in a wonderful location. Our room, for 2 people, had a little kitchen area which was perfect for preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner throughout the day. If you're visiting Prague, I highly recommend Numa!

Great aparthotel, in a really nice and safe location with good dining options and a short walk to the tram stop as well as to Old Town. From the automated entry to the actual rooms and facilities, no complaints. The hotel was responsive over WhatsApp. The rooms felt new. Bathroom had a bidet and all toiletries. Kitchen had water, tea, coffee pods and crockery and cutlery. Highly recommended!

Very nice, modern and clean room and bathroom just as in the photos. Warm - I stayed there in the winter. TV has chrome cast. Fantastic location, just 3 minutes from the tram stops and about 45 mins from the airport.

Total scam, they scam people selling it in hotel pages as Expedia as La Ballerina, a 5 star hotel that used to be in these facilities, but when one arrives, they tell you that it's the same. This is not a hotel, much less a 5 star one, there is no staff, in the premises, no daily cleaning of the room, no restaurant, nothing like in a hotel as they sold it to me, but they advertise and sell it as La Ballerina. During our stay there were 3 false fire alarms, one at about 7 Am you could see whole families in the lower floor, kids stressed because of it and no one came after about 1 hour when we decided to go out and came back late at night. After one of these events, the hot water and heating stopped working for at least one day, on the phone they promised to give some kind of refund but they did not want to do it after our checkout, they pretended that it never happened. Al in all a terrible experience.

Great spot. Great location. Very nice, spacious rooms. A little over priced… but I think that’s just Prague these days.

The apartments are perfectly located (Metro B close by) and have been tastefully furnished and well equipped. (I could not find a iron and ironing board though.) I did. It use the balcony as it was facing the road and a bit dirty. Breakfast service worked well. However, the service did not satisfy me. The ceiling in my bathroom looked horrible after a leak, and all maintenance said was, it does not leak any more. When I asked to be changed to another room, the response was always, you have been automatically assigned, and we are fully booked. However, it did not really feel like the place was fully booked. Also, the door cannot be locked from inside, and the floor looks very used.

5/5 I loved it here!! Cannot wait to come back. This stay has exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness is what I appreciated the most, but also even when I thought I needed something that maybe the place didn't have, it did (eg salt and pepper)!! Location is awesome too, I walked everywhere. The only thing I didn't like was the two single duvets, which I'm sure someone would've helped me with if I asked, but I didn't because in the end it didn't bother me that much.

Great location, modern apartments. Fully equipped. The cleaning service only comes once every 8 days which is stange. Around 100 USD per night

Flow Numa in Prague truly exceeded my expectations! Not only was the property impeccably clean, but the staff were exceptionally friendly and always went the extra mile to ensure our stay was memorable. Highly recommend to anyone seeking a pleasant stay in the heart of the city!
