Not a good experience. My friend was getting her eyebrows done and I was looking for a gift for my boyfriend. I took some pictures and a member of the staff impolitely reprimanded me. I'll never go back there again. Ever.

Should be a good store, but the staff hound you asking questions and follow you round when you tell them you're just looking. If I need to ask a question, I will. Security guard is the most miserable man on earth and I had to walk a marathon round the store to get past him because he didn't want to move. Stores that make you feel like a thief make me so annoyed that I don't want to buy anything. Do I look like I can't afford to pay for a product or do you just assume because I speak English I'm a criminal tourist. Who knows. Won't come back to this one.. went to DM instead where I'm not followed or questioned.

Sephora in Flora is the best Sephora in Prague . Whenever I need to buy something I go the there to Mr Ivan , he always advises me and helps me with what is the best option for my skin. He is very professional and understands his job very well. So if you need any advice go there . Highly recommended 👍

No matter how much money I spend at Sephora, I never get any samples. Or if I do, I get samples of foundation for white women when I am a black woman. Staff is mostly rude. I asked a question about whether they carried a particular product here since they have it in UK and the answer was: This is Czech Republic, not UK! Why do Sephora sales people act like they own the shop? I never understood this. When you actually need their help, they either act like they did not see you, they are rude or they are upset because you actually asked them to do what they are paid for. And trust me, I am a very polite person and I am always nice to customer service people.

Worst Sephora ever, my Girlfriend set the security buzzer off and was quickly grabbed by the security guard and marched over to the till. They apologised for the over aggressive response but not a very nice experience.

By far the worst Sephora in Prague. I buy every month from Sephora, for the last couple of years. Today, went buying some products, went to the counter, the girl snorted at me and after finishing paying, she simply shoved the products in my hands. Without a bag. A btw, out of all Sephoras in Prague, this is the only one that do not give at all any samples.. nada.. nothing, even if you ask for it. Also, they treat the customer who don t speak czech very rude, they don t answer to any questions and turn their backs at you the moment they hear english. I seriously recommend the Palladium one. At least those are more familiar with foreign customers.

5 stars all the way to the most sweet and patient lady whose name is Anastasia. I can’t say enough good things about her, Her knowledge about the products, caring for customer needs... Thank you Anastasia, We need more people like you!!

The staff was following me in the shop constantly, and initiating cleaning behind me since I believe I was in flip flops with a bag pack. Not a very inclusive and welcoming way for customer. Worse to mention they were following me without asking me if I needed any help or advices on product. When came the moment to pay, they did not ask me if I wanted a small paper bag while they were offering the same to clients before me. The worse Sephora service I had so far. I think those sellers have to understand that it is not because people speak English and are not wearing heels, they don’t have money. Train your staff to be at service of customers and stop being judgmental on look when they are here to sell products as far as I understand the job description.

I like Sephora brand but Ian going to stop visiting their stores because usually the assistants are very unfriendly

Great choice and amazing five star service from a seller Seraphima - I came in with my mom to choose a new fragrance for her and Seraphima was extremely helpful, offered very interesting products fitting my mom's somewhat vague description and we were very happy with one of the offered perfumes. Upon purchase we were also offered a variety of free samples we could freely choose from (unlike other places where you're just given whatever they have). Highly recommended, would definitely come again!

It was a pleasant experience. Not annoying consultants, useful when you need them. Ilona told about discounts and offered to get a discount card. Very nice and polite even if you don’t speak Czech very well - it was easy to understand her. Would recommend this shop! :)

the assortment is large, the service is bad. I called the seller 5 times. I also spilled cream on me, the sellers gave me as much as one napkin and one cotton ball, and they didn't care about anything.

I ordered 3 things online to avoid being out during this quarantine. They sent me a package of samples with none of what I ordered. Their response was to go to the post office and send the package back or they won’t give me the money back....what I bought far exceeds the value of these samples. I’m so mad they put me in the position to go to a post office during this time. Horrible service.
