I was there to get a haircut as a tourist, and Milan was very professional and really fun talk to, had really good vibes in the place, and the most important thing, is that the haircut was superb ! The only bad thing, is that I won't be able to come to get haircuts here regularly (as I'm a tourist) But really, an awesome place, and very recommended!! :)

I really love this barbershop. The cheerful employee, Tom, made an effort to make me comfortable throughout my visit, and I felt a homely comfort in all his thoughtful gestures. It's safe to say that it ranks within the top 3 experiences I've had in barbershops over the past 5 years. I closed my eyes and smiled throughout his service, and it has absolutely nothing to do with me being Asian, haha. He is truly excellent. Thanks to this experience, I feel like visiting Prague again. I just left the Barber shop having been here for the first time and I have to say that the experience was so incredibly positive that I felt the need to leave a review immediately. For context this is New Year’s Eve, a busy time for all businesses and I asked if they could fit me in as I did not have an appointment. They kindly were able to do that and on arrival I felt immediately welcomed. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxed, professional and friendly from the manager and all of the staff. From start to finish you get a real sense of a high quality experience and it felt like it was about more than just a haircut. For anyone who is in the area I would highly recommend you give BarberLand Prague a visit. As someone who travels frequently, over 20 countries in the last year and who has experienced barbers in many different countries this has to be one of the best for me. I didn't experience anything as I couldn't get a haircut since they tried to charge 50% of price of my previous reservation which wanted to cancel. I made a reservation with a wrong timing and services and wanted to amend or cancel it but there was no way of doing it online, I tried to reach out to them but didn't get answered so I just made a new booking and showed up there and explained them and they still asked me to pay 50% of the price of the previous one when I was not even able to cancel or modify the reservation on their website. Felt like a scam so I opted for a different salon.

The perfect experience from the online reservation to the reception to the barber to the final result. The reservation system is quite complex. In addition to the standard stuff (choice of service and barber), you can search for a free slot like 'any Thursday or Friday from 15th of August from 1 PM to 3 PM'. You also get an email to remind you about the reservation + a phone call to confirm the reservation on the day of. Staff is very polite and nice. Free drink was extra appreciated in the hot weather. The barber was friendly, we clearly agreed on the result I expected with few adjustments discussed during the process. I am very satisfied with the final result. Some other reviews mention a higher price tag, but I think it is on par with other barber shops in Prague since price level is higher there in general. Of course you pay little premium, but it is for a premium experience.

I had an amazing experience here as my previous barber messed up my hairlines pretty badly. He was very attentive, detailed and listened to my instructions. The beard was also shaved very immaculately with a hot towel. Highly recommend to book an appointment here.

3 years worth of hair so it was a lot of hair. Honza had no issues with it. I was welcomed very professionally and polity, before the cut Honza and the receptionist, Jackub, made sure to understand exactly what I was looking for and we were on the same page. Honza was fully focused on the hair the whole time and also made sure I was happy with every section. Amazing haircut and definitely the nicest barber I've gone to while living in Prague. I'll definitely be back to BarberLand

Great service for people needing a fade and a haircut while travelling Europe, easy to book online in English and all staff speak English which makes it so much easier. Staff continue to ask you how the haircut is going while cutting and checking if you are liking how they are cutting it. Would highly recommend them for a fresh cut while taking on Europe !

I've had a hot towel shave in 4 different countries and this was my favourite by far. The lads are so friendly and their attention to detail and your comfort is amazing.
