We had the New Yorker, it was nothing near as good as they portray on t.v. The toppings were scarce, and the cheese so so. I would not order it again. Update: they are now under New Management. And the young lady that seems to be running it is doing a great job. I will have to change my rating to five stars. The pizza box that we got was great ang had lots of topping. It was very delicious. They have recently opened up the dining experience. I look forward to going back. I would recommend that you go in and try them again.

We were the only ones eating in the dining room. Nobody ever waited on us. We finally just went to the buffet and ate. After about 15 minutes someone asked if we wanted drinks. Eventually we got those. We were never brought a bill. Finally went to cash register and asked to pay. Only think that kept this from being only 1 star was the the food wasn't terrible.

The waitress was very nice and friendly. Store was reasonably clean. Food was ok but nothing special. We were the only customers in the place on a Thursday night at 7 pm.

Went for the pizza buffet at 12:30. The buffet goes until 1:30. There was no salad in the salad bin, they had no pasta, and they were out of bread sticks. They had a partial pizza out. The floor around the buffet was wet and slippery and instead of cleaning it up they just put a wet floor sign out. When they finally brought 2 pizzas out and bread sticks it was 1pm. The bread sticks were hard as can be. The only positive was the girl cleaning tables and getting drink orders.

Great service and super friendly staff. We ordered carryout and arrived a bit early for pick up. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable while we waited. Food was great when we got it home. Best experience at a Pizza Hut ever!

Yesterday when I went to Pizza Hut to pick up my order that I had ordered at 3:35 and was given my pizza at 4:12 p.m. . The pizza crust was like cardboard my pizza was cold and tasteless. I also ordered an order of cinnamon rolls they were still doughy and not cooked. The service was at best average wasn't offered a soda nothing an apology for my pizza being you know 15 minutes late nothing as a matter of fact the girl who was helping me oh obviously it was then to her shift and she was out the door. So Pizza Hut your thin crust pepperoni has always been my favorite but I won't be getting it from the Branson West Pizza Hut ever again.

Kristen the racist server at the counter needs to be fired. Never had a worst experience from any Pizza Hut in my life. We are from Arkansas traveling in Branson for the week and thought pizza sounded great. We place an online order and go in the store( which is empty for the most part) to pickup when it said it would be ready. She brushes any attempt at conversation aside as if she’s so busy she can’t chat. We pay for the food to sit there for another 20 min after it said it was ready while she gave the customers who ordered after us their food. After 20 minutes of waiting I interrupt a flirty conversation she’s having with a customer she’s throwing all types of discounts at to ask about my food. She grabs my food which has been ready for the better part of 10 minutes and shoves the box at me saying don’t be rude. Mind you I paid $17.00 for one pizza and tipped her just to be treated like I wasn’t worth her time.

I ordered online at 5:02pm. My order was supposed to be ready at 5:17pm, at 5:30 my order still wasn't ready. When I finally got my order and got home, which is only 4 miles away, we were missing part of my order, and the Chicken Parmesan was crusty and cool. This place has been a hit or miss with quality for the past 15 years, I don't know why I go back. It is so worth the drive to the Branson Pizza Hut over by Target. When I called to let them know part of my order was missing I was put on hold and forgotten about.
