Constantly out of stuff from cups to lids to fuel, registers are down or slow, slow pumps l, long lines, grumpy staff but I’d be grumpy too if I had to deal with all these constant problems. If you’re in a hurry go somewhere else. Definitely not up to par with other Casey’s

Most Casey's are pretty good but the gas pumps here after EXTREMELY SLOW. They are like when you prepay and get to the last and the pump slows down. I'm not going there any more, I'm not going to spend 15 minutes pumping 12 gallons of gas.

This Casey's is pretty organized, they do you have pizza there and it's the cheapest place in town if you're going to get gas most of the time. Also I have enjoyed talking to the associates and everyone has been pretty nice here.

My husband ordered 2 pizzas (1 large thin crust taco and a large reg crust BBQ chicken) and asked me to pick them up. I was 5 minutes early and they said they didn't start yet so I said "No worries." Then stood out of the way playing on my phone. A couple minutes went by and he came over and said "We don't have large thin crust. Do you want something else?" I tried to call my husband but no answer. The manager came over and said "Just give them 2 medium thin crusts instead." After 15 minutes the man came back over "Sorry our new guy only has made 2 pizzas before. He put onion on your pizza. We can make it over for you." I told him it's fine we can pick it off. I got home. And they gave me a 1 large reg crust BBQ chicken covered with banana peppers, one medium thin crust burnt BBQ chicken covered in banana peppers, and a med thin crust taco. I called the store number but no one answers. My husband got this pizza sinE he is having surgery tomorrow and didn't want to worry about food the next few days since I will be working. It is 25 min for me to drive back to town. He is pretty bummed.

When i call in my order instead of doing it online, i WASNT told that my 40$ order couldnt be paid for with a credit card(some kind of register issue) i was not happy and asked why i wasnt told, and was glad i had cash. Then i proceeded to call my boss who was paying for the teams dinner, asked for a reciept so i could call corporate as i was talking and leaving the red headed girl followed behind me spouting, '"go ahead call corporate and stay online xxxx" absolutely the worst place to go for costumer service, the people are either rude or so high there really isnt a good time to go. Too bad- great food and convenient location and clean store. reciept #3135526

I'm working in town on a construction job for the next year and have been here for 7 Mos. Every time I come in here for lunch there is no pizza. Every time. This isn't a random time either, I'm talking high noon. It's absolutely ridiculous!!! Lunch time you're out of your main lunch item. Not to mention 1 cashier with 10 people in line. Oh and maybe add some receipt paper to your pumps for God's sake. Poorly ran and staffed. Management should be ashamed.

I'm rating Casey's with 4 stars and it's only because the awesome worker Sonja at the Branson West location, I believe it's store # 3948. She is an absolute delight everytime I go in with my kids to get gas and slushies! She always has a beautiful big smile on her face and ready to help the customers. She is super friendly and has a great work ethic since I've seen her out in the rain taking out the trash by the pumps, making pizzas in the kitchen, on the registers and cleaning up messes in the aisles. Great worker forsure! She is apart of our weekly routine and my kids enjoy her bubbly personality as well. Casey's did well hiring her!

Gas stations, the perfect place to use the bathroom in most towns but, not here. A quick drop and grab a few drinks or snacks however, in the future I will be making the extra drive to spend my money else where. It's a perfectly normal thing to wait around and look for a snack but, to be accused of stealing with no viable reasoning and to go knocking on the bathroom door to scold an innocent man. Not a little talking to or asking a simple question but scolding a grown man. If you want a good gas station, I recommend the conco across the street or the philps 66 down the road.
