Upon
viewing
this
review
shortly
after
I
posted
it,
I
was
finally
contacted
by
the
owner,
acting
like
they
had
no
idea
that
I
was
still
having
trouble
with
my
teeth.
Almost
like
Tracey
had
kept
it
a
secret,
which
I
thought
was
very
strange
and
unprofessional.
They
then
asked
me
to
come
in
to
have
Dr.
Amir
look
at
the
botched
job
by
Tracey.
He
instantly
seemed
to
notice
the
problems
and
correct
them
accordingly,
which
Is
what
I
expected
the
whole
time.
I
required
freezing,
xrays,
grinding
with
a
belt
like
sand
paper,as
well
as
the
rotary
bit
with
different
attachments.
I
was
overall
pleased
with
the
work
and
attitude
of
Dr.
Amir
,
until
I
started
receiving
calls
about
removing
the
review.
3
calls
and
they
asked
me
in
person
before
I
left
the
appointment,
if
I
could
remove
it.
I
said
I
would
adjust
it
accordingly
and
depending
on
the
ongoing
service,
may
remove
it
completely
in
the
future.
I
want
to
show
an
accurate
review.
The
last
time
they
called
me
back
15
minutes
ago,
saying
that
Dr.
Amir
was
under
the
impression
that
he
did
the
work
in
order
for
the
review
to
be
removed.
Even
though
the
entire
time,
they
acted
as
if
they
were
doing
it
in
good
faith,
trying
to
make
the
situation
correct
from
the
original
work
that
was
done
poorly.
That's
alarming
to
me
as
I
expect
work
done
wrong
by
the
dentist
to
be
corrected
,
regardless
of
reviews
left.
It
has
not
even
been
a
day
and
you're
upset
I
haven't
removed
an
accurate
review.
The
receptionist
seemed
confused
and
uncomfortable.
She
reminded
me
several
times
it
was
coming
from
Mr.
Amir.
Very
unprofessional,
telling
me
to
go
to
another
dentist,
acting
as
if
there's
nothing
else
he
can
do,
when
it's
clearly
about
the
review.
He
told
me
while
I
was
there
that
I
could
come
back
1
million
times
until
I'm
happy,
but
he
was
just
being
fake,
acting
for
the
review.
Mr
.
Amir,
you
,
sir,
are
an
embarrassment
to
the
word
dentist,
and
you
have
a
horrible
attitude.
No
wonder
they
have
good
reviews.
He's
basically
paying
for
them.
Now,
he's
not
willing
to
follow
up
on
the
corrections
he
performed
and
is
directing
me
to
another
dentist,
where
I
will
be
returning
him
the
bill.
If
you
want
to
risk
your
teeth
with
these
bafoons,
then
go
ahead,
but
don't
say
I
didn't
warn
you!
What
a
joke
of
a
business.
I
will
be
reporting
to
the
proper
authorities.

wanted
removed

now
it's
not
even
changing.
Unfortunately.
I
had
a
horrible
experience
with
Tracey.
I
had
3
fillings
to
be
done.

right
next
to
each
other
and
anothersmall
one.
When
I
was
finished
getting
the
fillings,
I
noticed
some
very
sharp
edges
on
the
teeth
that
were
filled.
I
thought
maybe
she
missed
it.
Booked
an
appointment
to
have
her
look
at
it(
I
couldn't
just
go
in)
because
she's
only
there
on
Thursdays?
How
inconvenient
for
her
patients.
Worse
off
than
that,
my
mouth
has
never
felt
right
since.
I've
had
clearance
issues,
which
I've
gone
back
for
a
total
of
4
times,
and
her
final
action
was
that
she's
can't
really
do
anything
else.
The
problem
was,
she's
not
really
taking
my
complaints
seriously.
I
would
expect
a
more
serious
approach
,
rather
than
just
waving
me
off
and
proceeding
to
your
next
patient.
Don't
take
a
risk
having
her
work
on
your
teeth.
She
seems
very
young
and
obviously
inexperienced.
They're
nice
enough
there
,
but
unfortunately,
they
are
not
skilled
or
willing
to
listen
to
the
patients.
I
won't
be
back
and
will
find
a
new
dentist.
I
can't
risk
going
through
this
nonsense
again.
She
seemed
more
willing
to
up
sell
items
through
my
insurance
rather
than
fix
the
problems
she's
created.
Trying
to
ignore
and
doubt
my
complaints
will
not
make
it
go
away.
Even
charged
my
insurance
for
needing
to
go
back
for
the
clearance
grinds,
even
though
it
was
her
fault.
My
mouth
still
feels
off,
I
have
to
deal
with
this
now.
Not
to
mention
this
process
with
her
,
only
being
there
on
Thursdays,
caused
this
to
take
over
12
months.
It
is
completely
unacceptable
and
embarrassing.
It's
almost
like
a
clown
show.
