    I ordered the minced meat (Ifood) advertised with 200g of meat. Total fraud! It was less than half of the meat. Weighing it with the farofa, it practically reached 100g. I called several numbers for the restaurant, but no one answered. I called the mall and the security guard tried to give my number to the restaurant, but no one called me. In short, I paid R$61.00 per dish, practically, without meat. Update: later in the afternoon, the manager called, apologized for what happened and sent a new dish. I thought it was cool that he called, so I raised my rating from 1 to 3 stars.

    The restaurant has delicious dishes. The service leaves something to be desired. We ordered a sugar free juice due to dietary restrictions (diabetes). They sent a juice with little sugar. We questioned the waiter who was extremely rude. After waiting 30 minutes for the dish, we discovered that it had not been ordered from the kitchen. In the end they still wanted to charge for the wrong juice. The space on the mall's balconies makes meals and happy hour super enjoyable. But they need to improve service.

    Despite not being Marietta's flagship, the crepes are delicious and well served. As for Marvin's sandwiches, there's nothing special about them. They're not bad, but nowadays there are many better ones out there. The service was ok, but it took a while for the orders to come out and there was only one other couple in the restaurant. A cool point is that they have a loyalty system that, with the points accumulated, can be exchanged for products from the establishment.

    Terrible, the quality of the products has dropped a lot for a long time, but today I ordered salmon with cream cheese and salad and it was very small and with an almost transparent slice of salmon. Lack of respect, they set the price, we pay and they don't deliver the product the way it should be. Zero rating for this company. All units are like this, terrible.

    I'm currently sitting for 30 minutes waiting for a juice. The waiters took a while to serve me, then they just gave me the menu and disappeared. Adding the 30 minutes waiting time for the juice plus the time I arrived, it must have taken me 45 minutes to have a juice. And it's not the first time and it only happens at the shopping mall terrace. Terrible service, horrible experience, luckily the juice and the salad are delicious and you won't easily find another one in the mall, otherwise I would never step foot in this Marieta do Terraço again.

    Bad experience. We were not served quickly, we ordered grilled food and after a while they informed us that it would not come out. Lots of disorganization in service. The bill was high. Without explanation, we were misled regarding the menus. No one explained that there are 3 menus.

    Eu confesso que estava um pouco pessimista porque ia assistir um filme e só tinha uma hora pra pedir e receber e que surpresa boa! Chegou rapidão, a comida tava simples e gostosa e ainda pagamos rapidão e sobrou até tempo para agradecer quão bom foi o serviço. Curti demais!     Minha crepe veio com o recheio gelada e fria a massa...o hambúrguer da minha filha estava bom e o prato montado do meu marido veio com o frango Cru (ele voltou o dele )...Eu comi uma parte da minha "borrachinha" estava intragável, como não volto comida pra cozinha...só lamentei...agora entendo pq eles fecharam o Marvel e ficou só marieta...E os outros restaurantes lotados na hora do almoço e ele vazio...Agora caiu a ficha...só gostei do garçom era educado que é raro nos outros marietas...A tendência qdo cliente não gosta e não voltar...pedi pra avisar ao gerente que não estava, 🤐 mas informei pro garçom pela leitura facial, o ambiente de trabalho não deve ser bom..Fica o alerta, se vc quer Marieta o melhor é o do Casa Park, lá nunca tive problemas...
