    Nice setting. Had to wait a long time. I had to ask all the questions. Advice was not easy to get. While waiting, experienced 2 very unhappy cliënts.

    I have mixed feeling about the customer service there. I bought one phone last year and all went very well, was offered the option to purchase extras, explained the plan. Last week I went to buy another phone, top of the range, different person took care of me, I felt I was being done a favour. For a 1000 euro phone I wasn't even asked if I wanted to buy a screen protector or a case.

    Proximus is lying. I subscribed at a discount, they sent an invoice of 33.99 euros for 6 months. But after they sent an invoice for 49.99 euros. They don't want to solve the problem.
