Excellent
ramen.
I
ordered
the
Pork
Miso
Ramen
and
the
broth
was
bold,
rich,
creamy,
and
the
salt
and
oil
were
perfectly
balanced.
The
pork
chashu
was
masterfully
done
with
a
crispy
outer
layer,
and
the
meat
was
so
tender
it
pulled
apart
with
no
effort
at
all.
The
onsen
egg
was
cooked
to
perfection
and
had
the
rich,
velvety
texture
you
should
expect
from
a
quality
restaurant.
I
spent
a
month
in
Japan
and
this
is
the
only
ramen
I’ve
had
in
Europe
that
compares
to
the
standard
I
experienced
there.
The
staff
were
incredibly
friendly
and
attentive,
and
spoke
Slovak,
Czech,
and
English
very
well.
The
prices
were
also
fair
and
reasonable,
and
I
expected
to
end
up
paying
more
for
the
quality
and
quantity
of
the
food
I
ate.
My
only
criticisms
are
that
the
dish
could
be
enhanced
by
including
bamboo
shoots
and
a
nori
(seaweed)
sheet,
and
the
noodles
could
be
prepared
softer.
I
am
only
in
Bratislava
for
two
days
and
tomorrow
my
girlfriend
and
I
have
already
made
plans
to
return
here
for
dinner
again.
I
highly
recommend
Kinka
to
anyone
who
wants
to
experience
authentic,
high
quality
Japanese
food
without
having
to
travel
to
Japan.
