Excellent ramen. I ordered the Pork Miso Ramen and the broth was bold, rich, creamy, and the salt and oil were perfectly balanced. The pork chashu was masterfully done with a crispy outer layer, and the meat was so tender it pulled apart with no effort at all. The onsen egg was cooked to perfection and had the rich, velvety texture you should expect from a quality restaurant. I spent a month in Japan and this is the only ramen I’ve had in Europe that compares to the standard I experienced there. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and spoke Slovak, Czech, and English very well. The prices were also fair and reasonable, and I expected to end up paying more for the quality and quantity of the food I ate. My only criticisms are that the dish could be enhanced by including bamboo shoots and a nori (seaweed) sheet, and the noodles could be prepared softer. I am only in Bratislava for two days and tomorrow my girlfriend and I have already made plans to return here for dinner again. I highly recommend Kinka to anyone who wants to experience authentic, high quality Japanese food without having to travel to Japan. 5 stars

Great ramen 🍜 near Eurovea. Just take few minutes walk and enjoy this hiden gem. Small ramen bistro but the tastes is amazing.

Kinka Ramen - Pribinova We love this place! My favorite dish here is Takoyaki, which are even better than the ones I tried in Japan. The atmosphere here is also very nice and welcoming. We also love the playlist every time we visit, as it's the same as ours! 🤣 (K-Pop mainly). Real hidden gem here in Bratislava 🤍

Definitely a place to return over and over again. Found it by chance while overviewing Bratislava's map to get some inspo on for the valentine's day evening, and Holy ramen. This went beyond expectation. The service was also very attentive and the atmosphere is calm, perfect for a date, away from the busy city center. Loved it! 😁

Good place if you are craving for some ramen during rain 🌧️ The woman working there mixed up my order with the table next to us, and when we requested our ramen to be prepared extremely spicy she just brought us chili sauce, other than that it was pretty good

Cute Place. It feels like it mainly gets orders so you can probably just go without reservation, at times I was the only one in there. They had a dog running around the restaurant which i thought was adorable, but if you dislike that just a heads up. The food was amazing. Very good ramen, great broth, the chashu pork instantly fell apart in my mouth and the marinated eggs were delicious aswell. Gyoza were good, but could use more salt even with dipping it in soy sauce. Prices are very fair for the portion size and quality of the food. I wonder what a tonkotsu broth from this place would be like...

It's a small, but comfortable place located in a modern district with nice architecture. It's a bit outside of the center and not too easy to find, but easily accessible by public transport. The ramen was good and not too expensive. I would especially recommend the Chashu-Don!

it located in a yard of a building which you will need to go throught inside a building to get there. was a bit confused at first but you can just go straight into the building number 19 (at least that how i get there). i have the pork shoyu ramen and it was very tasty. big portion and the broth was very savory. the staffs were friendly and enthusiastic. highly recommend!!

Great hidden place without crowds. The food is very authentic to Japanese-style kitchen. Except sushi :D go there if you like gyoza, ramen, etc.

Visited on a Sunday and had Karaage, shoyu ramen and tan tan ramen - all were great, but the best part was the pork belly in ramen ❤️✨ they give free tap water, which is great, as at another ramen place in old town you can only have expensive bottled water.

Really tasty, I had the best Ramen ever, the broth was intense in flavor and you could feel it was natural. The service was as well excellent, very kind and paying lots of attention. Cost/quality is very good. They have chair for babies.

I can greatly recommend this Japanese restaurant to anyone that loves and values authentic Japanese cuisine! The food is delicious, flavorful and clearly made with lots of passion! Their Ramen is tasty and wonderful. I would sell my liver on ᵣussian black market just to eat here again!

I found the ramen really tasty and the service has also been nice, efficient and polite. The prices are OK too. As far as the ambiance goes, it is in the middle of new business district, surrounded with high-rises made of steel and glass... not the kind of environment I fancy.

What a great japanese place. Loved everyrhing we ordered, everything was so good. I think anything on the menu is great, the octopus balls are especially awesome. The food presentation is also very pretty. Eggs in ramen cooked to perfection. Very friendly staff, nice outdoor seating and stylish interior. Also very good value for money.
