Ikea is a very large store originaly from Sweden. It has a very large parking garage in front of it that has an elevator. But it also have a parking lot between the garage and Ikea if you want to keep your car outside. It has a restaurant in it also. Strongly recommend going in there.

The store has two floors. Located in a very big zone. The restaurant court is on the second floor. We tried two dessert dishes. With raspberry and chocolate cakes. Both delicious. What we liked most was the pineapple juice. The Cappuccino was also ok.

An excellent store to test the strength of your relationship. I recommend before wedding.

Very cozy IKEA shop where you can find all you need for your house. Good choice and mostly quality goods. Everything is nice, clean and clear. Before COVID their internal restaurant was very popular place for lunch / dinner too.

Attention to the changed working hours! From August 2022 Ikea Bratislava works 10:00 - 20:00, restaurant 9:30 - 19:30. But experience is great as always :).

Very disappointed with IKEA delivery service and customer service. I got few bulky items for delivery last week and paid for the service in IKEA store Bratislava around 120 EUR. Delivery date/ time frame was confirmed by IKEA via SMS at the time of the purchase. On the actual delivery day, we had to take time off as it was working day, but items didn't arrive. No contact was made by IKEA, online tracking not available and not a single notification received for delays. After number of phone calls to IKEA from my side I was told that delivery will not take place on the agreed day and they will deliver only on the following day, (again working day) between 12_4pm. The customer care staff didn't even make an effort to adjust to delivery time to our availability and had to take time off work again. On the following day the actual delivery took place outside of the set timeframe and arrived at 11am, instead off 12_4pm. After my complaint to IKEA about wasted time and needed to take time off two consecutive days for their mistake, they offered ridiculous small amount of compensation. I would definitely not use this service again and certainly I was not expecting this behaviour from IKEA.

What to say, Ikea is an innovative household shop with a lot of ideas for your home. I'm not a fan of the furniture quality they have but sometimes you have to choose between quality and price. And with some imagination you can do good looking stuff with these products. Just search the web for inspiration.

Shopping store is good. A lot of stuff. Fair price for quality. Taking 1-2stars for very very bad online shopping experience. Estimate will never be correct if you keep orders in random state several days untouched.

Very good IKEA. Nice staff willing to help. You can leave your kids at the playhouse on the ground floor which is helpful. It’s well organized and it’s impossible to get lost.

Truly an experience of a lifetime. The dining experience, despite being crowded was, for me personally, way more comfortable than that of a standard fastfood chain. Meatballs with mash, peas and cranberry sauce are a must try and I can happily say I really enjoyed the culinary experience. The actual store was amazing as well, the sheer quantity of products displayed was never, unlike in some stores, overwhelming. If I had any remaining money to spend then and there, I would have absolutely not been able to control myself and would most likely leave with a bagful of plushies.

I had a large order where I payed with gift cards and one card was wrongly processed. However, due to the excellent customer support team, I was exceptionally treated and in a matter of 2 days the team had my problem completely solved and I was able to pick up without any issues. Great location and right next to a large mall called Avion. IKEA offers everything for you home from full kitchens to little knick-knacks, on the upper floor you will find IKEA restaurant (cafeteria stile) and buffet downstairs near the registers.

After a tiring shopping session, I was looking forward to a delicious meal at their famous eatery. Unfortunately, the wait time for food was unusually long, which was both frustrating and exhausting. When we finally got to eating the food, it was not hot enough, due to long time to pay, diminishing the overall dining experience. While the taste and quality of the dishes were satisfactory, the lukewarm temperature was disappointing. Despite the shortcomings in the dining experience, I would still recommend IKEA Bratislava for its excellent product range, affordable prices, and store ambiance. Just be prepared for potential delays in the restaurant and consider alternative dining options in the nearby Avion shopping centre if you prefer your food hot wihtout a long wait. In summary, IKEA Bratislava is a fantastic destination for all your home furnishing needs. With a bit of improvement in the restaurant's waiting times to get served and to pay, it could easily be a 5-star destination.

It's good. If any problem they promise could have in 100 days refund, return or exchange. I refund once quilt case. I think they have good service after saling.

Nice place to buy Furniture and House holds, in low cost. From here you can get some good idea to make your home interior, they organized very well with the available location. I like the way they arranged the path with some let projectors. I wish like to visit the some monthly once to know something new about the furnitures. The overall rating is Good. Lots os things from what you can choose. If color isn't what you want mostly there are other variations. Great is restaurant that is there but long lines and you must be quick.

Ikea is basic and fundamental, and has offers for all stages of your life.

If you are planning a 'shopping trip' of some kind, alone or with your friends, IKEA is definitely the right place for it. Be sure to allocate good chunk of time of your day for this visit. Once you arrive, you want to feel at ease with your time. Have fun.

Its standard Ikea... They have lots of pretty pieces, standard prices, paper-wood materials, and good food. Nothing extra, nothing bad.

IKEA is great place. You can find almost anything you need there and you can get some delicious food. Best food at IKEA is meatballs.

Food area is brilliantly planned - many people but always place to sit, and feels 'warm' like home! Furniture part is a real labirynt, but after a few visits I finally understand the directions. And the choice is enormous.

So clean place, all what you need for your house , you can find there , there's a good system of shopping and also cheap good food and drinks.

It's an ikea. You can find everything and their mother here. Lots and lots of people, though, pretty much always. Love that they put an entrance directly to the ground floor, so you don't have to go upstairs anymore unless needed

I like IKEA...Straightforward, easy to navigate,decent prices and you know exactly the build quality of the items... Also the the cafe is a good place to have a coffee /bite to eat and check your "list"..

Traditional way of inspiration for furniture. The quality is not always perfect but worth the price. The kitchen studio that I was visiting is fine but quite expensive for the little choice there is.

IKEA is always a symbol of good quality for a lower price, or very good quality on the high price. The shop is constructed in its standard way, and you can be sure to find there everything you had got to see there

Great place to get your furniture and other stuff in this massive store. It has a restaurant if you want to have something to eat too. You will need to follow the path to get to the checkout. There are signs around that will suggest shortcuts to cut your journey around to the end.
