Really excellent wine, which, however, produces only a limited number of bottles a year because, as they say, there is not much good. Oplatí sa sledovať aj ich instagram a facebook, každý deň ponuku poctivo aktualizujú a hlavne veľmi vkusne a dizajnovo/aranžérsky vycibrene fotia. Personál nesmierne sympatický, atmosféra vždy veľmi uvoľnená, jedlo je tam po každej stránke vždy hodnotný zážitok: chuťovo, výživovo, vizuálne, atmosférovo. Keď niekoho jedlo baví – od začiatku až do konca, každá fáza procesu a všetko, čo k tomu patrí – je to poézia! (Nehovoriac o tom, že je to bistro s asi najlepším názvom v rámci súčasnej gastro a foodie scény.) A bonus – keď som bol pred pár rokmi na výlete v Portugalsku, úplne som prepadol ich typickým koláčikom pasteis de nata a od návratu na Slovensku som hľadal, pátral a dúfal, že nájdem podnik, kde ich budú vyrábať aspoň čiastočne také, ako v krajine ich pôvodu. Dvanásť Duší ich robia tak, že máte pocit, akoby ich robila skupinka autentických portugalských babiek-cukrárok, ktoré si recept predávajú z generácie na generáciu. Úplne na záver – v ich ponuke je aj jedno z najzaujímavejších vín, môj osobný objav vo svete slovenského vinárstva – Ryšák od svätojurského naturalistu "Ťavu" (alias SLP – Slnko, láska, pokora). Fakt výborné víno, ktorého však ročne vznikne iba limitované množstvo fliaš pretože, ako sa hovorí, dobrého veľa nebýva.
