Beautifully decorated restaurant. Delicious food made from locally produced, seasonal ingredients. Lovely, polite and helpful staff. The farm shop is a work of art. They have variety of environmentally friendly household cleaning and dust brushes. Also there is a stand to refill your own container with dried fruit, nuts, seeds and chocolate. You can also buy organic eggs from Killruddery farm and freshly baked bread. It’s a great place to find gifts made in Ireland and support Irish craft and design businesses. Highly recommend to visit.

The Grain Store is housed in a converted 18th-century granary, and the dining room is both elegant and rustic, with exposed brick walls and wooden beams. The menu features seasonal dishes made with the freshest locally sourced ingredients, many of which are grown on the estate itself. The chefs are passionate about creating food that is both delicious and sustainable. An extensive wine list from around the world to choose from. The wine team is knowledgeable and passionate, and they are always happy to help guests find the perfect wine to pair with their meal. In addition to the regular restaurant menu, The Grain Store also hosts a monthly supper club. The supper club is a more intimate dining experience, with a limited number of guests and a special menu that is created by the chefs each month. The supper club is a great way to try new dishes and meet other food lovers. I had Oxtail to start, Venison for main, and the caramelized apple for dessert. Stunning meal and looking forward to the next supper club!

Came in with really high expectations of Grain Store, however shortly into our experience reality sunk in. We made a booking days in advance but sadly when we walked in on time we were told our table had been given away so we had to wait standing for a bit: We were promised a free drink as an apology but it never materialised. After sitting down, we ordered and the server came back to say they had run out of what we wanted. This happened around three more times. At that point we asked them to come back and tell us everything they did not have, which they should have done at the begging. The food was a little slow but tasty when it finally arrived. The decor and atmosphere is lovely. Sadly, not the experience we were hoping for.

Beautiful room....excellent food. It is a very lovely dining experience. They understand Coeliac disease also! The chef's son is Coeliac. Would highly recommend it. We had a wonderful evening.

Amazing place. The food is really delicious and the service provided is really 5 star. The place is really warm, the music a bit loud, but a really really nice. Perfect choice for a nice plan out of dublin city. The chips are great. One would be enough as a side for two people! The coffee is strong and good quality (I believe it’s McCabe’s), very well presented also. Ideal spot to bring people who is visiting Ireland.

We had a really mixed experience. More than enough staff members, some very helpful, others needed to be 'stopped' in order to provide service. Food looks amazing. And for most of it was lovely made. Individual components well executed but as a whole too salty or jus being too strong for pasta. Daily special (smoked pork chop) not fully cooked. Great idea. Sides could be on a more generous side (4 more bites). At the moment feels bit overpriced. The place itself feels very cozy. Like that tables are well spaced so no one is in anyone's face (lap) and conversation doesn't feel overheard.

I've eaten here twice and the food is definitely a cut above the ordinary. Very flavoursome dishes. I went the vegetarian route a few days ago and the celeriac heart of the dish was excellent. Very good sticky toffee pudding to finish off. Friendly staff, good service, nice space.

We love this restaurant and come here often. Today there was a glitch with the kitchen and the management resolved it very well and as best they could! We were impressed how things were handled and want to say thank you for being so generous. We will happily keep coming back despite the issues today which we understand sometimes do happen in a busy environment like this.

Even heavy rain did not prevent us from enjoying the atmosphere of this place. The staff provided good service. I tasted a sandwich and coffee in a cafe 👍

Beautiful location and surroundings, coffee nice however the food did not live up to the same standards. We ordered a smoked salmon and potato rosti dish for €14 which there is a picture attached. Poorly presented, no greenery and tiny portion. Good flavors but overall not good enough for the price. We also ordered a side of bacon which consisted of mainly fat and rind. It was overcooked, unevenly sliced also. €3.50. They did take this off the bill for us which was welcomed. Potato rosti side was ok. We also got the eggs with sourdough, sautéed mushrooms. The best part of the dish was the toasted sourdough and overall presentation. everything else was under seasoned and bland and may have been better with just a simple poached runny egg but that’s just my opinion. We both love our food and dislike complaining especially in an industry that is becoming extremely hard to survive in. However we don’t like to be ripped off either. We wouldn’t mind paying the premium prices if the food was of good standard and there was some love and attention put into it. I hope the feedback is welcomed and not received with too much contempt. We are not trying to be difficult but would just like value for our money which is hard earned these days.
