Um absurdo a gente estar mal e procurar atendimento no SUS e chegar lá e dizerem q não podem me atender pq não moro no centro de Florianópolis? Onde q já se viu isso, me disseram q a única coisa q poderiam fazer por mim era aferir minha pressão arterial e mais nada, pois é uma regra, se a pessoa necessita de atendimento, precisa se deslocar até o posto de saúde da onde mora eu no meu caso até Santo Amaro da imperatriz, pq ali não me atendem, estamos lidando cm vidas, e não cm bonecos de pano, sou técnica de enfermagem e acho um absurdo esse tipo de coisa.

A consulta com a médica em si foi excelente a melhor médica q já passei na vida. Porém fiz um exame em abril e estou aguardando a 4 meses já vai pra 5 e estou aguardando o retorno! Fui essa semana pois queria o resultado do meu exame para levar para outro lugar para avaliação, e as recepcionistas me disseram q não teria como me entregar, pra eu aguardar o retorno! Uma piada ! Ou seja, a gente morre esperando passar no retorno na fila do sus! Se estiver morrendo providencie o caixão pq realmente é mais fácil que aguardar ser chamado no retorno. A constituição diz: “Art. 196. A saúde é direito de todos e dever do Estado, garantido mediante políticas sociais e econômicas que visem à redução do risco de doença e de outros agravos e ao acesso universal e igualitário às ações e serviços para sua promoção, proteção e recuperação” BOM SERIA SE FOSSE COLOCADO EM PRÁTICA! É uma piada mesmo

The receptionists are lovely, and the structure of the clinic leaves a little to be desired, but nothing unusual. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because my appointment (if you can call it that) with the gastroenterologist, Cassio, was the worst I've ever had. Attentive doctor, doesn't even say good morning, doesn't ask questions, doesn't explain what he thinks it could be... NOTHING. It felt like a robot helping me. Very sad that this type of "professional" still exists today.

Atendimento excelente, funcionários sempre atentos e solícitos, peca e muito na infraestrutura, um bom exemplo é o banheiro que não possuía um trocador para bebê, a torneira não estava funcionando, ou seja não tinha água para lavar as mãos, Não havia papel higiênico, e o cheiro era insuportável. E esse é o único banheiro do andar.
