    Dear authorities and staff of Albert Sabin Children's Hospital, It is with deep concern and dissatisfaction that I address you to express my frustration with the delay in care at this hospital. As a parent, there is nothing more distressing than seeing your child sick and in need of urgent medical care, and it is with a heavy heart that I share my recent experience. I arrived at this hospital looking for help and quality care for my son, who was clearly in a situation of discomfort and in need of immediate medical assistance. However, I was met with long waits and delays that not only increased my family's anxiety but also put my son's health at risk. I believe that all of the healthcare professionals at this institution are dedicated and work tirelessly to provide the best possible care for children. However, the delay in service is an issue that cannot be ignored. Sick children need quick and efficient intervention, and prolonged waiting can have serious consequences. It is understandable that hospitals face operational and capacity challenges, but delays in care should not be a constant reality. It is essential that measures are implemented to improve patient flow and reduce delays, ensuring that all children receive the attention they deserve in a timely manner. At this time, I appeal to the authorities and staff at Albert Sabin Children's Hospital to review their procedures and implement necessary changes to prevent other families from going through the same suffering as mine. Our children deserve quality medical care as efficiently as possible. It is my sincere desire that this hospital continues to be a reference in pediatric care, and I am willing to collaborate and support any initiative that leads to significant improvements in the provision of health services to our children. I hope this letter is seen as a constructive call to improve care at Albert Sabin Children's Hospital and ensure our children receive the medical care they need, when they need it.

    Gente vocês que estão reclamando de mal atendimento não faço reclamação no hospital não com assistente social nO faça no Coren peguem o nome do profissional e número da carteirinha que vem na assinatura deles no receituário médico ,pois o direito de vocês e ser bem atendido,como o direito do médico e ser bem respeitado

    It's true that it's super crowded, but it's the best Children's Hospital in the Northeast, it serves and receives children from all the Northeast States, 24 hours of work and on call. I recommend coming and discovering the best Children's Hospital in Fortaleza and the Northeast.

    O meu filho nasceu prematuro de 33 semanas ele passou quase um mês na UTI neonatal do hospital geral Cesar cals, e precisou ser transferido para o Albert sabim por causa de dilatação nos rins ele ficou no bloco A, mais a experiência que eu tive foi horrível a médica responsável pelo caso muito ignorante desumana e algumas técnicas de enfermagem do plantao tratava agente mau e o meu filho também, não todas. Foi no início da pandemia a enfermeira chefe do bloco A também muito desumana. Não bastasse o cansaço físico o estresse da criança internada não me senti acolhida. Gente o ambiente hospitalar é horrível e esses profissionais de saúde desumanos não deveriam nem exercerem a profissão. Atendentes de telefone são muito bruta também.

    I experienced difficult experiences for a first-time mother with a child hospitalized since the day he was born. But I had the best by our side. Doctors and the entire nursing team on the 4th floor. They are sensational... They deserve all the respect!!!

    Dei 5 estrelas por conta da equipe maravilhosa que me acompanharam com minha pequena Maria Sophia, pois só tenho a agradecer a muitos alí em especial Dr Lucas Braga, Dra Karine saraiva, Dra Carolina Cintra, assistente social Luciana, e alguns outros profissionais que foram muito além de suas profissões, com amor e dedicação. Mas encontrei também alguns profissionais que sinceramente não deveriam estar ali, pois trabalham por obrigação, e nós mães que estamos ali passando por um momento tão difícil, nos entristecemos mais ainda diante da forma que somos tratados por esses, que nem posso chamar de profissionais, apenas trabalhadores.

    Faço tratamento lá desde os meus 6 mêses de vida, uma médica me salvou pois tenho uma doença rara e sou muito grato a ela é ao Hospital que atende o Ceará todo, fira as pessoas de outros estados.

    Recepção deixa muito a desejar, parece trabalhar de má vontade, especialmente o senhor de cabelos grisalhos, fora que não atendem telefone, ficam batendo papo Detalhe: tratam super bem os médicos(babação) e os pacientes tratam com desdém Já a equipe médica e os demais são excelentes profissionais

    Atendimento organizado e por ordem de chegada funcionam bem. Falta apenas permitirem a criança ter o acompanhamento do pai e mãe (somente um é permitido a entrada).

    The first time I needed to go with my daughter was on 07/03/23, at the time I was very disappointed with the outpatient part, my daughter was going to an appointment with the pediatric surgeon, in which I had to leave my city at 3; 30 am, when I arrived I did the procedure that needs to be done when it's the first time, so far so good, I waited to be called for a consultation, I waited until 10 am and no call, I spoke to and with someone else and nothing to give me some information. When that time passed, my daughter was already impatient, of course, and I too, after that 10-hour time of insisting, they went to find out about this doctor, who he didn't show up to and didn't even notify. Finally, to top it off, I sought a statement from the social worker in which his office was closed, I had to go to another social worker in another ward, in which I got a statement. But in the end, this hospital, at least in the outpatient department, is very disorganized, the attendants are very rude, there is no humanized care, it is terrible. Just one detail and they don't answer the phone, they don't tell you anything, in the end for me it was a disappointment.

    Hello good afternoon I just got out of the hospital with my niece Her mother was seen by Dr Monica this afternoon Dr. Monica already has a reputation for treating her patients extremely badly and distracting mothers. I ask that the ombudsman Try to see how she can better serve her patients Because she doesn't want to listen to the mothers who are already distressed for care.     Professionals with ZERO empathy with children, and especially with distressed mothers going through difficult times. My nephew has bacteria and they sent him to a room that doesn't even have a fan! A dirty room, full of cockroaches. They worked for money, it was never for love!

    First time I went to this hospital and it was the worst experience of my life. Professionals completely unwelcome. I went in the early hours of the morning and everyone was uncomfortable because they needed to wake up to take care of the children. Dr. Mônica is super ignorant and refused to see my son's CT scan report. From the comments here, I already saw that her poor service wasn't just me. I arrived at 1 am and it was 5 am and I still hadn't been seen as the report was already in the doctor's system. Terrible attendance.

    There are a lot of queues and surgeries take a long time to be scheduled but in return there are great nurses who are very patient with patients.
