I am always shocked at the great, helpful and (mostly) empathetic care and services provided by any of the clinic staff. The only setback is the waiting time if you were unable to make an appointment.

O atendimento na AHF Brasil, da cidade do Recife, sem dúvidas impressiona pelo bom atendimento de TODOS os funcionários. O atendimento é ótimo, porém pelo fone, não atendem. 1h pro resultado (realmente é este tempo). Tudo muito limpo e organizado. Vão pessoalmente pra fazer o agendamento e pra a consulta, leve RG, CPF só.

Unfortunately you can no longer call to make an appointment, I spent two whole days calling during opening hours and was unsuccessful in calling to schedule an exam as per routine, I went in person at around 5pm and they denied me an appointment scheduling me for a week later. This new attendant is sarcastic; the previous one was empathetic and professional.

Very welcoming multidisciplinary team, starting with the security guard and the receptionist Priscila, as well as the human Psychologist Dr Flávia who attended to me and the nurse with great care and attention. In addition to the other professionals who are a 10! I recommend it to everyone!

I always take my exams there, excellent service from the staff. Well-optimized service without losing that human affection and concern. Especially with the LGBTQIA+ community as I feel welcomed and safe. Only praise to leave for the entire team…
