I
was
looking
for
a
safe
place
with
a
qualified
professional
to
start
my
obesity
treatment
and
I
found
this
doctor
through
Instagram
and
Facebook.
I
researched
several
references,
watched
several
of
his
videos
and
decided
to
get
to
know
him.
The
first
consultation
was
very
polite,
he
explained
how
it
worked
and
referred
me
to
the
administrative
part
to
resolve
the
financial
part.
I
felt
confident
and
hired
their
services.
I
inserted
the
balloon
on
the
17/07
and
removed
it
on
the
11/09,
the
only
day
I
saw
the
doctor
in
person
was
on
the
day
of
the
appointment,
that's
right!
...
Neither
on
the
day
of
inserting
nor
on
the
day
of
removing
the
balloon
did
I
see
the
doctor's
color
again,
I
was
simply
seen
by
the
multidisciplinary
team,
the
doctor
only
attended
twice
via
WhatsApp
message.
I
only
had
the
balloon
for
a
short
time
because
I
couldn't
stand
the
symptoms,
I
spent
more
than
15
days
vomiting
and
feeling
very
nauseous,
I
became
very
dehydrated
to
the
point
of
taking
glucose
via
vein
and
being
under
observation.
I
had
to
look
for
another
PROFESSIONAL
after
removing
the
balloon,
because
the
constant
vomiting
continued,
the
doctor
wasn't
even
willing
to
monitor
my
situation,
he
just
said
he
suggested
an
imaging
test
to
see
what
was
happening,
I
was
very
disappointed
with
the
lack
of
care
.
To
top
it
off,
I
had
purchased
a
package
with
the
clinic's
nutritionist
worth
580
reais,
there
were
3
consultations
and
I
only
had
one,
I
requested
a
refund
and
was
denied,
given
the
total
disappointment
with
this
doctor,
I
do
not
wish
to
maintain
any
nutritional
treatment
at
this
clinic,
so
it
will
be
another
loss
to
be
borne
by
me.
I
don't
question
my
adaptation
to
the
balloon,
but
in
my
opinion
the
treatment
should
be
discussed
with
the
patient,
700
ml
was
placed,
I
believe
that
if
a
smaller
amount
of
liquid
was
introduced
and
adjusted
to
more
as
the
treatment
progressed
today
I
would
still
be
with
the
balloon.
I
do
not
recommend
this
clinic
for
all
the
reasons
mentioned
above,
mainly
due
to
the
lack
of
medical
support.
NOTE:
after
meeting
some
of
the
clinic's
employees,
I
saw
that
some
5-star
reviews
were
given
by
some
employees,
for
me,
an
employee
is
not
a
patient.

You
requested
the
exams
via
WhatsApp,
but
did
not
place
the
order.
How
will
I
take
an
exam
without
requesting
it?
No
health
plan
authorizes
exams
without
request.

You
never
advised
me
to
return
to
the
clinic
to
be
seen
by
you
again.

I
took
the
exams
because
I
had
to
look
for
another
PROFESSIONAL
urgently
due
to
my
dehydration.
And,
the
same
solved
my
case.

In
my
opinion,
based
on
experience,
the
volume
of
the
balloon
should
be
discussed
with
the
patient,
the
adjustment
should
be
gradually
and
not
the
other
way
around,
I
know
other
people
who
underwent
the
procedure
with
another
doctor
and
the
volume
was
increasing
and
not
decreasing,
but
each
person
does
it
according
to
their
clinical
knowledge.

It
will
not
be
necessary
to
see
me
free
of
charge
because,
as
I
said,
I
was
seen
by
another
doctor,
but
if
you
think
it
is
fair
to
reimburse
me
for
two
consultations
with
the
nutritionist
that
I
did
not
have,
I
would
be
grateful.

This
report
is
my
experience,
without
increasing
or
decreasing
anything
that
happened.
I
would
like
you
to
analyze
this
report
as
a
point
to
be
improved,
as
the
lack
of
direct
medical
contact
for
me
and
other
patients
who
reported
the
same
(including
in
the
clinic's
evaluation)
left
a
lot
to
be
desired
throughout
the
entire
process.
No
matter
how
qualified
your
multidisciplinary
team
is,
contact
with
the
doctor
is
essential,
especially
when
placing
and
removing
the
balloon.
