I visited the salon today, and I was amazed at the girls' professionalism. Everyone I've been to has had excellent service. They are polite and have impeccable work, an extremely pleasant environment. They certainly gained a client.

A terrible manicure left my nails crooked and a bad job didn't remove the smudges!!!!

Company with excellent employees, but what I like most about the place is the hair washing, there is a whole technique and care so that the scalp is actually washed well and not just the strands. I love Karen, she rocks and always leaves my hair looking amazing. Thanks!

Great service and care.

I've been a customer for years, and I've never had any reason to complain. The space is nice, big, everyone is super friendly. The salon's products are wonderful, and the professionals are very competent. The variety of services is huge, and you can do practically every type of aesthetic procedure right there, which is very practical. I recommend it to everyone :)

My experience was simply perfect! Hairdresser Marilis and her entire team are very professional, kind, extremely careful, I loved the result of my locks and the cut, she does it exactly as you ask or even better than I imagined!!! Não gostei do local, e não recomendo! A manicure demorou para me atender, e as auxiliares da cabelereira demoram demais para fazer o cabelo, se enrolaram, inclusive queimaram minha orelha.

I had a mega hair “maintenance” procedure, the hairdresser who they said had been working for 20 years did not inform me that they would change the method I used for the “American point” method, I am not from São Paulo, I had my maintenance done on a Friday, on Saturday I returned to Paraná where I live on Tuesday I had to redo the procedure because it was thick and hurting the seam she made because it was an “American stitch” at no point did she inform me that she would use another method that I used other than a small screen on top she sewed the end to the other fabric below! I paid 539 for the procedure only to have to do it on Tuesday again I don't think it's fair and I asked for my money back as I live in Paraná they said I would have to return to São Paulo for them to look at it. Here's my indignation because they don't want to refund my money. I even sent her a photo of the completely thick seam and still sewn wrong. In the end, I don’t recommend it! They didn't even insist on returning the money because I'm from another state.
