I'm sending feedback to the clinic about service that needs to improve: 1st the time to wait to respond to Whatsapp. 2nd to Professional who had very poor service, Psychologist Daniela Trigo. He canceled our session twice, he informed us that he would be canceling it because he was giving preference to the other patient who had a delicate condition (since I am the same patient and have no responsibility for this) and he keeps getting my name wrong all the time, my name is Tainá and She keeps calling me Tania, even though I've been with her for 1 month. If as a professional she treats patients like this, I am also a psychologist and I do not commit such irresponsibility. Clinic needs to check better professionals for care.

I went to Dr Eva for a neuropsychological evaluation of my 19 year old daughter. My daughter had already done one before when she was 14 years old. Dr Eva was quick to respond, precise, competent and in less than 2 weeks she gave me a complete, accurate and perfect assessment of my daughter's diagnosis. Both I, the patient and the psychoanalyst loved the result. Finally we will be able to provide adequate treatment. Much gratitude for the super work retired.

Since December 7, 2022, my journey at Clínica Strum has been a journey of self-discovery and overcoming. Diagnosed with ADHD and struggling with anxiety, I found not only treatment, but true support in each clinic employee (and patience for a response from me on Whatsapp, sorry🫣😂😂😂). A special thank you deserves to go to Daniela Trigo, my psychologist, with whom I have been working for over a year. The transformation she brought about in my life is as evident to me as it is to those around me. Under her guidance, I learned to embrace empathy for myself, unraveling layers of my being with each encounter. Daniela showed exceptional dedication, adapting to my needs, whether rescheduling sessions or finding ways to compensate for my absences. I contacted the clinic in May of this year (2023) to schedule a neuropsychological evaluation for my son and since then, I have been on the waiting list with no response. I don't know where we are in the queue, like 5th or 100th, much less did I receive a prediction about being called. I called a few times, but to no avail, the negligence is enormous. I got in touch because of the compliments to Dr. Eva, but I'm giving up due to lack of response from those who manage the clinic's WhatsApp. A little star is so I can post, because I wouldn't give any.
