Excellent service. Dr. Amanda inspired me with confidence and effectively solved my problem. I had a toothache on Sunday. I was warmly welcomed and received by Vanessa and Janaína. The clinic is beautiful, well located and they are very careful with hygiene. I left there with an envelope, recipe instructions and they were available for questions 24 hours a day. I was at the clinic on the night of 12/23 and was very well looked after by Isabela at the reception. Very polite and kind. I had to undergo an extraction and I was surprised by Dr. Fernanda's care and professionalism. I am an extremely fearful dentist patient and she was wonderful! I didn't like it at all, I took my daughter on 01/21/24 almost midnight, my daughter was in a lot of pain. The dentist who attended was Dr. Amanda Guerra. I told her that we had already seen another dentist, but that the root canal treatment would be scheduled for January 25th, but due to the severe pain I had to take her to the emergency room. She took x-rays and confirmed that it was a root canal. However, he said that to alleviate the pain he would have to undergo a procedure worth approximately R$960.00, with x-ray and consultation plus another 90.00. Total of 1050.00. He didn't apply any bandages, and even said he wouldn't give any medication. And with very technical arguments he tried to convince me, which I thought was disrespectful, because I'm not a dentist, how am I supposed to understand technical terms? Well, at the end, when she was settling the ninety reais, she saw my daughter writhing in pain and said she would give me some medication to buy, but that it wouldn't help. I thought it was negligent on the part of the Doctor, since it was an emergency, she didn't want to alleviate my daughter's pain, I felt injured, I thought it was a total lack of respect. Just for the record, this morning I went to the public hospital, at the dentistry, where they cleaned the tooth, put medication on it, took medication into the vein and my daughter is fine. Thank God that there are professionals who honor what they swore to in their degrees and are not just looking for MONEY.
