The staff are very friendly and the service on the day of the exam was very quick and satisfactory. The service was a little to be desired because when it came to scheduling the exams, no one informed us that it was necessary to take the urine on the day and then scheduling the return visit was very complicated. It was difficult for me to get back to the doctor even though I informed her that I could only do so on Saturdays (for work reasons) and that I did not prefer to be seen by the same doctor who carried out the exams. After unnecessary stress for such a simple thing, I managed to return. Thanks!
