causou

nós
dois

restaurante
quando
chegamos,
tipo,
pelo
amor
né…
também
já
trabalhei
em
restaurante
por
muito
tempo
e
precisa-se
ter
o
mínimo
de
atenção).

Porção
de
iscas
de
frango
frito
estava
super
super
seca
e
sem
gosto
-
apresentação
ZERO.

prato

mais

Pedi
um

restaurante
tem
de
mostrar
o
seu
melhor.
É
a

do
cozinheiro
em
um
prato…
e
aquilo
ali
foi
servido
em
um
prato
que
eu
encontraria
em
uma
rodoviária
(sério)
com
salada
e
arroz
ordinários.
De
especial
não
tinha
nada.
Guaca
mole
seca,
velha
e
sem
gosto.

Cerveja
estava
ótima
como
sempre,
mas
o
colarinho
veio
gigantesco
e
transbordou
pra
fora
do
copo
como
um
vulcão
(em
duas
ocasiões…
alô,
gerente,
cadê
o
padrão
de
qualidade
Taylor’s
que
eu
conhecia?).
Em
resumo,
o
Taylor’s
tinha
tudo
pra
se
tornar
um
verdadeiro
marco
na
cidade.
Durante
essa
última
visita
(sim,
última),
sentimos
que
o
restaurante
se
contenta
com
a
mesmice
e
a
mediocridade.
É
triste
chamar
um
prato
de
chef
special
e
não
colocar
o
mínimo
de
esforço
pra
fazer
aquele
prato
especial.
Atendimento
então,
não
quero
nem
comentar
porque
foi
realmente
triste.
Essa
avaliação
pode
parecer
fora
de
foco
por
causa
de
todas
as
avaliações
positivas…
mas
falo
como
uma
pessoa
que
já
viajou
o
mundo
inteiro,
já
experimentou
diversas
culinárias,
já
trabalhou
em
hospitalidade
em
diversos
lugares,
mora
no
exterior
e
tinha
o
Taylor’s
na
cabeça
como
um
espaço
onde
poderia
realmente
esperar
uma
refeição,
serviço
e
experiência
excepcionais.
Poderia
explicar
muito
mais,
mas
peço
à
gerência
que
estejam
aí,
porque
quando
fomos,
percebemos
que
o
padrão
realmente
despencou!
