The store has an ample variety of popular brands. We found five pairs of basketball shorts saving $70.00. We were happy with our haul despite having to chase and wait patiently for the associates to help with the sizes we need. The experience was a little more hectic than anticipated.

I had a bad experience today at the Brea mall. The lady name, Riley was so lude and I totally dissatisfied of her customer service. I do not want to share to the lude lady about my email address but she asked me twice even I said I just want the paper receipt. So disappointed.

The employees were helpful and had good communication when it came to the shoes. As soon as we went to pay, my father spoke to her in Spanish and the cashier didn’t understand him and simply walked away until another employee looked at her in a confused way she just waved her hand in a rude and dismissive way. He was kind enough to help us. The woman did not have to walk away, I spoke English and was about to translate but she just walked away. she could’ve handled the situation in a better way and it made us feel uncomfortable. Like wassgood.

Grateful for a great shoe experience with Elizabeth after a not so good one at Snails pace. She listened, was patient, brought out shoes for my style and I walked out with a great pair of walking shoes. I feel like I didn’t waste my time. Yay.

After trying a few other dept stores looking for a specific style of Nike's as a gift, someone recommended I come here. Fortunately I googled the conversion of Nike youth sizes to women's because the staff wasn't helpful enough to mention that when I asked if they had any other options. I was pointed to a section of only a couple colors of the shoe I needed and none were even close to the right color. Right as I was leaving though, I noticed the youth shoes in the color I needed and solved my own problem.
