We stayed here last September and loved it. We enjoyed the hot tubs and pools. The room was very nice. We had a one bedroom with a pull out sofa, and it was enough room for my family of four. We highly recommend this place.

This is a timeshare, if that matters to anyone. The location for skiing is fantastic, it is on the mountain. The drawback is that it is farther from town. An alternative to driving into town is to take the gondola and walk a little. We had the one bedroom unit: clean, well maintained, and full kitchen. Pool was very nice. The prices for the food/drink at the resort were high ($19 for a 20 oz beer). Overall, had a great time and would stay again.

We are owners and misses are happy place. Every time we visit we reinforce to ourselves how much we are glad we made it that decision. My children love it and all of the friends we have brought to Peak 7 also appreciate the quality and service. We look forward to many more years returning to this place to make great memories.

Beautiful slopeside lodge offering luxurious and rustic suites and condominiums with a gym, activities center, theater, swimming pools and Hot Tubs (though they tend to be quite crowded at Après Ski from 4:00-7:00 PM).

Great place to stay. Great amenities but would love to see a breakfast option. Bed was kind of uncomfortable but that could just be me.

My family and I loved our stay!! It was our first vacation with a new baby and the staff went out of their way to make sure that we were well taken care of. It is a great place with lots to do for all ages! We especially enjoyed the private movie theaters, the spa, the free shuttle service, the swimming pool and hot tubs. Service is excellent and the staff is so helpful. Graham at the concierge desk was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure we felt welcomed and comfortable. Chris at the front desk was friendly and made sure our checking in process was successful. Before getting my family checked in, he made sure to hand out the Mother's Day gift, a free rose, to make sure that I felt appreciated and welcomed along with my family. However, the reason I could not give a full 5-star review is because the front desk was not willing to upgrade our room due to booking conflicts, although we were promised the best room available. Also, the grotto was closed for nearly the entire week that we were vacationing for renovation and cleaning purposes. I was looking forward to enjoying this service, but hopefully it will be fully functional if we decide to vacation at Grand Lodge in Peak 7 again in the future.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- Kudos to Kristie and Selena who provided the best couples massage we've had yet during our recent visit to Grand Lodge on Peak 7. This was our first visit to Grand Lodge and we hope to go back next year. The grotto was fantastic, the many pools and hot tubs were perfect after long hikes in the mountains, and the raspberry sorbet was a total surprise after our relaxing massage. We weren't sure why our suite didn't offer a deck, but everything else was incredible. Highly recommend the Lodge and the massage is worth every penny!

My wife and I were blessed to be able to stay at the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 for a three--day mini-vacation last week. Originally, we were booked at the Breck Inn as part of a package we purchased two years ago and were eager to come to Colorado to experience the fall golden colors of the aspens. When we arrived, we accepted an upgrade to the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 and really enjoyed our stay in a 1BR suite with kitchenette and living room. Loved spending time in the hot tubs outside with the fire pit going in the evening and the morning waffle bar was a nice treat too. Our three days at the Grand Lodge were just what we needed!

Only issue was that maintenance did work in a room marked as private sown the hall and the smell of stain was breathtaking. We shoved towels under out room door b/c you could smell it 15 doors up the hall, in our room. It was on the 4th floor and seeped down the elevator to where you could even smell it in the lobby by the front desk & concierge desk. On day 3 (Nov. 22nd) they finally put a fan to clear it out. Aside from that, this place is amazing & Heinie one of the concierge team and most front desk teammates were super helpful!

We had a wonderful experience on our honeymoon at this resort. We stayed in a master suite, which was impeccably clean and included a cozy fireplace and a luxurious jacuzzi tub. The fully-equipped kitchen even had pots, pans, and utensils. To our surprise, there was a washer and dryer, making our stay even more convenient. The daily room cleaning service and the provision of fresh local coffee were thoughtful touches. They even took care of washing our dishes using the dishwasher. Beyond the room, the pool and outdoor jacuzzi were fantastic, and we enjoyed grilling steaks on the available Weber grills. The resort also has a restaurant and easy access to the peak via gondolas. What made our stay even more special were the honeymoon baskets we received on the first and last night. It's worth mentioning that we attended a 90-minute seminar and ended up purchasing a timeshare at an incredibly affordable price, thanks to Ryan. He wasn't pushy at all and even gifted us two weeks, covering the closing costs and taxes. We plan to return for our anniversaries and bring our children, parents, and grandkids in the future!

Great place to stay regardless if you are there for winter time or summer time. I've been there for both mountain biking and also for snowboarding. The staff is very friendly very accommodating. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Gym is really nice with 2 pelotons and all the machines you would need dumbbells go up to 50s. And the grotto has a sauna and steam room which at the time of this posting the steam room was closed for maintenance. If you have a big truck or van parking is going to be pretty tight for you but they'll probably allow you to park your sprinter van or Raised truck outside. The peaks trail is literally right next door and I've mountain biked it, fat tire biked it it's a great trail.

Unfortunate that you cannot have pets -even though the resort is designed perfectly for it and many of the rooms are pet friendly. Other than that - it’s lovely up here and our check in guy was very kind and hospitable.

Love this place. Stayed a week to finish off ski season and had a great experience. Everyone who works at Grand Lodge on Peak 7 seems to genuinely want to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for a family vacation, perfect location! Skii in/out with a convenient locker room for all the gears. The kitchen is fully equipped and they offer double heads in the shower room. The decor styles are woody/country style, not of my taste, but the maintenance is great. Nothing beats relaxing in the outdoor hot tub after a day on the mountain.

We loved this facility and experience except for the fact that they told my husband they put us in a pet free room. With his allergies, he still got sick. Because of that, we won't be back. You can't lie about your facilities to someone with an allergy.

Beautiful lodge right next to the slopes. Gondola is right here to take you around. Rooms are very clean and comfortable with amenities. Stayed in a suite with 1 king bed. Had the kitchenette that was stocked with anything we might need. Best part is the hot tubs! They are fantastic and huge!

Just wanted to give a shout out to the best lodge in Breckenridge. We come here frequently and everyone is so helpful and nice to our family. Really makes a difference. The game room is awesome with free pool table and ping pong. We use the theater room every time we are here, very nice. Pools and hot tub are always the prefect temperature so we know they will always be ready at the end of our day. Located very close to the gondolas and we can always find garage parking.

Loved this experience! Heated garage was by far the best perk when here for the snow sculpture festival last weekend - it was packed! Had a visitor day pass (bracelet) and got to enjoy nice parking - and all the amenities like sauna, steam room inside hot tub and outside hot tub… many lounging areas around. (Very much kid friendly too) Somewhat busy but still spacious and private. We stayed in the hot tub for literally hours - it was fantastic after a cold day out! (I will say, walking from the amazing locker rooms to the pool area wasn’t as private - lol, we walked around the public in our towels and bathing suits) - wasn’t abnormal, just a little different since so many people are occupying the facility. I was told afterwards there is a second locker room closer and less busy, so that could be an option. Locker room was fully stocked with all the things - and bags for wet suits. Lovely experience and highly recommended! Thank you so much!

Nice room and amenities but the doors between rooms were not sound proof enough. Easily can hear conversations. The walls were insulated well. Also, if you like surprises, you will be charged an additional resort fee on your card at the end of your stay. Interval International does not tell you the price, the front desk does not mention it at check-in or even check-out. Why hide it?

First surprise, the Hotel is at more than 3000 m above sea level. We did not paid attention to that when we booked but realized it when we got up the stairs in the entry hall. We were at the place during off season, hard to say how it would be if the hotel is fully booked in winter. We enjoyed the quietness. Rooms are very nice although the vari a lot in size. The view is nice, we would definitively come back. Great place with great service.

This is a place we keep coming back to stay. Located mountainside at almost 10k altitude it is beautiful with lots of hiking trails right out the back door and many hot tubs such a great place to rejuvenate. Visit the spa for a pedi and the grotto, such a treat!

I highly recommend , this ski in ski out place was amazing! All the amenities, restaurants, library, indoor pool, saltwater jacuzzis, fire pits, spa, fitness center etc. having the gondola right there made it so easy to go to the other peaks and downtown Breckenridge.

Love Peak 7. Always a great time. The staff is always helpful and will accommodate you in any way possible. Never had a bad interaction with any guest that stays at 7

Service is terrible. Food is worse. And prices are.crazy. they get you for everything. 15 bucks for a pretzel! Even tried an "activity"..dumped in a tiny room, hot, too many people..and not enough supplies. But happy to charge. Told ahead no need.to sign up for things. Got there, things were booked. Our.room was miles from anywhere. You think twice before heading to pool. Keep.looking. Steamboat grand was way way nicer

Love the easy getaways! Went to the spa for a massage and facial, thank you girls! Swam, hot tubbed, sat in the grotto, chatted with the girl at the boutique about all the local spots, so helpful. Saw a movie in 1 of the 4 private theaters, played at the arcade and rode the gondola and shuttle in to town a few times. Thank you all for making a much needed, birthday getaway so amazing!

What a great week! The check-in process was painless and the front desk staff answered all of my questions. The lodge offers many amenities and we tried to enjoy as many as we could even in off season. We tested our luck with the escape room which had some great clues and cool locks that added to the experience. We had an issue with the stove one day and maintenance was up to the room in less than 10 minutes to fix it (turned out to be a flipped breaker). The hot tubs were great and never crowded. The Sevens restaurant met our expectations and more. The trailheads nearby were a nice hike. And the lodge itself wasn't too far from town so it wasn't a bad drive. Wish we could have taken the gondolas but the buses and shuttles were still running although we opted not to use them since we were venturing out during the day.
