Great place for ski lodging. To get to the snowflake lift took us maybe 5 minutes. Condos are spacious and equipped with quality cookware. Plenty of hot tubs, indoor and outdoors- all clean and well maintained. A steam room and a sauna was a definite plus for me. Good pub on-site with quality food ( pasta dishes were excellent). Special shout- out to Robbie ( the bar tender) who took care of us during our 7 night stay. He was professional, friendly, and absolutely receptive to any request we had. Probably the best service we got during our whole stay. I recommend this lodge.

Nice service, out of the way location and clean rooms with low end finishes and appliances. This the low end location for Breckenridge Grand Vacations. The people are nice and the facilities have some after hours options for kids. The rooms are nice enough, but the appliances are cheap. The dishwashers (plural because they replaced one) just don't work, at all. The oven took 30 minutes to preheat, etc. Location is ok. You need to walk to catch the Snowflake lift, and ride back via an unmarked and unmaintained trail that is icy, narrow and sometimes has sharp ramps built by kids who sled on it. Not for beginners. If you get a great deal on this place, consider it. If you eat out every meal and don't cook or use dishes, this might work for you. But for my family, for the money, I'll go elsewhere.

I have been staying here for almost every summer since I was little! Every single time the front desk was AMAZING! Dan at the front desk was amazing and recommended so many good hikes and booked white water rafting for us. Sharon Gordon (a bus driver for grand timber) was amazing! She was so kind to us and recommended great activity’s and restaurants. The boot salon was also one of the notable things in grand timber. They always have great service and the food is SO GOOD! The people at the activities center are so nice and make great waffles. If you come here, you will not regret!!!

My in laws have a time share here, the rooms are beautiful! THE town is super cool, fishing the Colorado river is great and beautiful to see. They have some good Lakes within a 30 minutes radius.

We love this place and come back year after year to spend Thanksgiving there. Incident this year changed that. Male cleaning staff walked right in the pool ladies room without knocking. There was no warning sign that it was closed for maintenace. Not ok. Management needs to address this. My wife and young daughter were caught off guard, thankfully with their robes on. Won't be coming back.

I have had so many key problems not working for the room that one of us with working key had to run all over the place even asked front desk to replace them twice. Also there is no breakfast I wish there was. The place was nice though and shuttle was amazingly fast.

The location and the service was great, the heated indoor/outdoor pool was awesome in the colder weather. The rooms are nice but seemed to need some updates, the pocket door to the bathroom didnt latch properly. The shuttle service was very convienent and much appreciated. We stayed out late one night and the shuttle was closed, it wasnt a bad walk but it was very cold!

I really can't say enough good about this place. My wife and I have stayed at many Time Shares and we think that this is the best so far. Beautiful location, very clean rooms, and a wonderful staff. On the morning that we were leaving I thought that I had lost my driver's license and the staff jumped right in to help out. Luckily I found my license with the rental car papers that we had placed in one of the pockets in the car. With all of the traveling I had forgotten that I had placed it there. Anyway, a wonderful place, we will be back.

Location was beautiful and shuttle service was great. The rooms were on the smaller side and could use some upgrades, but they were adequate for our needs. I would have loved to have participated in the activities but they weren’t offered while we were there. It would have been nice to have a breakfast through the hotel as well.

Location and staff were great, but towels from the rooms feel so stiff. There was no AC, and leaving the windows open, we could hear everyone who would pass by having a conversation and also the group of people that were in the hot tub. Steam room was so nice though!! Hot tub honestly wasn't hot enough.

Room cabinets and pocket doors are old and didn't close well. Could hear people in the halls and above us like there was no insulation. Service was only once during the week. The free shuttle service was great. Room was a good size with a nice lock-out second bedroom mini-suite.

Opon check in we had some minor troubles with getting the room keys working and whatnot but Marcus went above and beyond to get it fixed and us taken care of. Probably one of the nicest guys I've met in a long time dude is freaking awesome. Also when we were standing there at the desk couldn't help but notice how nice everyone else was so I got their names to mention, Annamarie, Mary and Kara. Not a single one of them didn't have a smile a mile wide when dealing with customers. Good group of front desk folks

I am so happy I picked this resort! The kids loved the indoor / outdoor pool where a lot of the other kids also go towards the end of the day and play together just like the old days. Adults can also relax for a couple of hours before dinner during this time. The rooms are spacious and awesome. Spa tub in the bathroom which is also divided by a sliding door. Two sides, three sinks and shower! The shuttle service and drivers are fantastic. It is so easy to get around Main Street where all the stores are, and everything is near by. Grocery store is super close. Peak 9 is only a few steps away. In my opinion Peak 9 is best for beginners. It's a smaller and more intimate area. Most of the "advanced" snowboarders and skiers go to Peak 8 which is super big and has a lot going on. The lodge is also right next to the woods. You can actually ski down to Peak 9, down a hill, across the sidewalk and street, if you're first out in morning. There's a restaurant too but it doesn't seem all that interesting but who cares. There are plenty of munchies to get at the front desk and there are a bunch of delicious places to eat down the street (and the shuttle takes you and picks you up) We loved everything about our stay. I am so grateful!

Have been going to Grand Timber with my family my entire life and it's always a blast. especially over the last few years they've made some upgrades that make your stay so much more enjoyable. The pool, sauna, arcade, movie theaters, just to mention a few things are super nice and since the lodge is not right at the base of the ski resort you still get a comfortable homey feel.

I recently stayed at Grand Timber Lodge and it was an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with friendly staff and stunning views of the mountains. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed. The restaurant on site offered delicious cuisine with a great selection of options. The recreational activities available, such as hiking, skiing, and hot tubbing, kept me entertained throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this lodge to anyone looking for a luxurious mountain getaway. Five stars!

This place is beautiful and fun! In the heart of Breckenridge CO is embodies everything you think of when you visit here! In the mountains with beautiful great windows, a great hall with a pool table. Multiple hot tubs that go from indoor to outdoor. The staff here are kind and helpful for all your needs!

Really enjoyed staying here The staff was extremely nice The rooms were nice. Very nice amenities, many pools and hot tubs l, very nice work out room, theater, and game room with onsite restaurant and bar. I give it four stars for location because it's listed as ski and ski out but it's more like ski in very close walk 200 ft. And the ski out is the same Walk about 200 ft one direction to a very slow lift or walk about 500 ft to a speed lift. It is very close but it is definitely not ski and ski out. Still a very nice stay at an affordable rate.

Outstanding place to stay in Breckenridge! We could not have had a better time. We stayed 4 days. When we were too exhausted from hitting the slopes, the on site restaurant/bar, hot tubs and amenities were so clutch! When we had enough energy to explore the town, the shuttle was so convenient!! The drivers were all awesome and had great suggestions, stories and customer service that made our trip even better. There are multiple hot tubs which was nice so none were ever too crowded, the room with kitchenette was fantastic. I saw a fox trot through the property, so cool!! The front desk, concierge and house keeping teams were all fabulous and provided everything we could even think to ask for and more. Highly recommend this lodge for people looking to spend a few days in Breckenridge, hit the slopes or just escape to the mountains.

I recommend staying at Grand Timber. It was nice to have underground parking that led into the room. Also, the shuttle was extremely convenient and arrived often. The pool and hot tubs were very nice and in a beautiful setting. Also, the lobby pool table and shuffle board were fun for the family. The lodge is close to the slopes. The rooms were very nice. They were very clean, maintained, spacious, and included everything you needed in the kitchen. The staff were great, friendly, and helpful. I recommend this resort.

This was the first time we stayed at Grand Timber Lodge. Previous years we stayed at Beaver Run, building 4. We were expecting a ski in and ski out experience similar, but it is not. To get to Beaver Run chair you still have to walk, about 5 minutes. You can ski in to the lodge using a path through the forest. To get to Snowflake chair, you must take the shuttle. There are ski lockers available outside and in the garage, they are free and first come first serve basis. Everything was good about the property except the mattress. OMG, we could not rest on the bed because the mattress was really bad. Even the sofa bed felt more comfortable. This aspect ruined pretty much everything, even though the staff was great everywhere we went. We stayed in building 7 and to use the pool, hot tub and other facilities we had to get out and walk to building 5 or main building. Not a big deal, would have been nice if there was an indoor connection between buildings. All in all, we enjoyed the stay, I wish I could have given it 5 stars.

Nice place. Clean, modern, great soft bed. 6 adults, 2 kids. We had connecting units. We needed to park 3 cars. Closest overnight parking for the 3rd car is 2 miles and cost $10. Ice maker near elevator 3 did not work. Nightly activities for a fee.

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Sharon the shuttle driver was fun and very polite. The view was beautiful! It is a wonderful experience to use the pool and swim outside during the cold and then jump in the hot tubs and look up ay the stars while enjoying the hot tub. It is an easy trip to the main streets we walked there and took the shuttle. The shuttle was for sure the way to go but the walk was nice.

One of our favorite places to use our time share exchange. It's a wonderful place for a family vacation. Some of our favorites include the arcade, movie theater rooms, amazing indoor/outdoor pool. We always get the 2 bedroom and adjoining suite, so plenty of room for us and guests. It's close to the ski lifts, and within walking distance to main street. The courtesy bus is also a great way to travel.

My fiancé and I recently went here for our vacation getaway out of state and we really loved the experience and the people. The awesome part about the lodge is that they offer weekly activities for both adults and kids. I had the chance to do the paint and sip, and it was my first time and so worth the $35. Secondly, they have a shuttle service, and all the shuttle drivers are kind and have a good sense of humor to banter back and forth with. We didn't have to do much driving, because the lodge took care of us. Thirdly, the lodge offers an indoor mini arcade for the kiddos, an indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub, indoor and outdoor shuffleboard, a billiards table, an indoor mini gym, and outside the lodge are amazing hiking trails with beautiful views. Fourthly, the lodge is well-kept and tidy. Fifthly, the room we had is spacious and offered everything we needed such as a mini fridge, a stove, dishwasher, and so forth. The only complaint I have was the bed. It was uncomfortable and hard to sleep in. I wish they also had a variation of soft and hard pillows. Besides that, this was a positive stay.

Went here on a vacation with my brother and sister. Scenery was beautiful. The staff was friendly all around. The room was clean and perfect. I loved the pool and hot tubs, especially after a long day of hiking. Would definitely be back.

Very favorite place in Breckenridge. The rooms are always clean and the rest of the resort is cozy and wonderful. Great hot tubs, indoor and outdoor pools. The shuttle is always great to hop a ride into town and back after a great dinner. It's also walking distance to many trails and outdoor play areas.

Beautiful place to stay. Everything was very clean. We stayed in the 1 bedroom with the couch pullout room and it was huge. If you reserve, you get the relaxing movie theater room for your chosen time and movie. They have an arcade room, heated pools, lots of hot tubs. We loved our stay. Oh, and nobody bothers you.

Came here during summer during a busy week and my family had a wonderful time here! Grand Timber is a wonderful place for families with kids of all ages. The amenities were busy but never uncomfortable. Very easy access to anywhere in Breck we wanted to go. All the staff we encountered were friendly and accommodating. Shout out to the activity room staff, they are awesome! Sharon who drives the shuttle deserves a shout out as well she is amazing! The rooms are clean, comfortable and had everything we needed plus some. 5/5 stars for this place, can’t wait to come back in the winter to check out their winter activities and to ski!

Great location just outside of Breckenridge. The shuttle service is excellent and makes venturing outside of the resort incredibly convenient. The rooms and resort are immaculate. The pools, hot tub and recreation areas are really nice and not too crowded in July. We visited in the spring and the grounds are beautiful. The concierge and front desk are very helpful. The only complaint is regarding a lack of black out curtains in the rooms and very uncomfortable pillows.
