I had my first ever colour today, and layers put in to, nicely finished with curls. Jodie was very professional and gave me lots of tips and techniques on how to care for my new colour and style. She is very friendly and put me at ease. I'm already looking forward to my next visit! I love my new me. Very covid secure too, temps taken, track and trace, masks and screens. All customers are seated more than 2 meters apart. I would more than highly recommend Jodie at unique hair and beauty in thetford.

Went in here to get a re-style from long hair to short hair to make it easier for me to keep after my surgery. What lovely friendly people, so professional made me feel like a queen. I’ve been visiting unique for quite some time and I’m always greeted with a friendly welcome , I’m very pleased with my hair cut by Stephanie she has very good attention to detail , the salon is well kept and super clean, all the stylists are very professional.

Kinda disappointed. My missus went there for hair dye , and they've left a big and long grey hair on top . Paying top prices for the lowest quality. Maybe is time for them to employ better people, or we need to start looking for another salon.
