Lovely selection of different beers and ciders, tapas menu and normal lunch time menu available, chose tapas and it was really nice food. Good service, food came quickly. Only a small place but don't let that put you off as they do have two floors and a garden out the back.

Great little bar, 2 cask, 7 taps (1 cider and 6 keg) when we went there and a great mix of beer types and strengths. Very friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. We didn't eat here but the food looked amazing. Quite a small place but that totally adds to the charm, our favourite stop on our visit to Brecon

Friendly staff who go above and beyond. Small and cosy inside. Great drinks menu for Gins and good beer options. Dog friendly, even if your dog is not the smallest! We shared veggie Tapas and it was absolutely lovely. Well worth a visit.

Wow what an amazing place. The food was to die for. Friendly staff and easy going atmosphere. We visited as a party of 6 with three dogs and were very much welcome.

Adorable little spot that served us deliciousness after everything else in town had stopped service for midday break. We should have started here! Thanks to our kind bartender / chef / waitperson. We loved it!

Yep. Go here. Stop searching for other places and hop in to the Hop In. Absolutely incredible service and great tapas to match. We had the beef, the whitebait, cod goujons, and baked brie. Each absolutely perfect. Some of the best peppercorn sauce I've ever had and both the fish dishes were perfect. Didn't sample any of the alcohol as we were driving, but to say the offering looked vast would be an understatement! We'll definitely aim to visit again!

Lovely bustling place, looks tiny from the front but TARDIS like there are loads of tables upstairs, brilliant service chef came to see me about my allergies, food really really good, a must if you are in the area

This was a great discovery on a hungover Boxing Day. Such lovely staff here too. After several choice gins we were ready to re-start the festivities.

Sunday lunch with the family today, one of the best roast beef I have had in ages with loads of veg and an excellent cauliflower cheese. Ale was excellent as well. Pub downstairs is compact but we had plenty of room for 9 upstairs. Would recommend for your Sunday roast.
