😠 I can only confirm Ms. Roehl's listed construction defects. Plus horrendous additional payments for additional costs. I would never rent an apartment here again.

Something different. Top living in an exceptional location. Update October 21, 2018: The residential complex is not free of defects. In my case I have maggots, dust lice, cooking smells from other tenants via forced ventilation, standing water on the loggia under the wood, extremely hard water (clothes get ruined) and an incredible amount of cleaning as well as many other defects in the kitchen, bathroom and other rooms, which are of the upscale ones specified Equipment and the associated higher rent index (+13.50€) definitely do not correspond. The worst part is the communication with the administration. Late to no response. Now they have simply activated an expert office. This wastes time. Apart from an initial phone call, not much has happened yet. The statement that the report and follow-up will take at least 18 months is ridiculous. After a fraction of that time, my apartment is ready for less demanding sacrifices. Sorry, unfortunately no longer recommended.

Construction defects, mismanagement and an administration that is extremely overwhelmed. Absolutely not recommended to live here, and the additional operating costs are at least 50% above the average in Hamburg. Caution!

The first sea watch is nearby and thanks to all the rescuers - this makes it a special place and a symbol of the humanism that still lives in Germany despite the isolation

An ugly corner, enhanced by the modern real estate market. But it remains as it is...desolate and shabby. Pretty expensive for that. A paradise for small-town people who have moved here. 🤣🤑

Very interesting part of Hamburg. The old cranes, which are currently being restored, are also worth seeing.

Great location and beautiful view over the Harburg inland harbor. It is very special to live by the water.

Since I worked there, the only thing left is the look there, which was normal.

Extremely beautiful island for walking and you can also swim in the harbor basin if you don't have a problem with harbor water
