We wanted to book a tour of the USA through the travel agency and had made an appointment by phone. When we came into the branch, about 6 employees (without masks) looked at us. No “Hello” or anything like that. Instead, a grumpy “Which one of you has time for your customers?” An employee snapped at us to “wear your mask.” We left straight away. Something so unfriendly.

We have booked a trip here once again and we were completely convinced by this travel agency. We were happy to accept tips from the travel agency that made our stay at the desired hotel even better. We also found a friendly call after the trip to inquire about the trip very touching. Here we really make sure that the customer gets their money's worth. We can only warmly recommend the friendly ladies to anyone planning a trip! We will be back definitely!

Great travel agency. We have now booked our second trip here. Top advice. Here you will be well looked after and there will be honest, fair advice and tips on travel destinations. I usually look for a wolf on the internet and am often unsettled by strange negative reviews. A travel agency is really good for that.
