    Wir waren über 10 Jahre Kunde bei Ricoh aber schon nach der 2. Verlängerung wurde der Service immer schlechter. Falsches Gerät geliefert, Kundenservice so gut wie nicht vorhanden, Techniker Wissen nicht was sie tun, Wünsche werden nicht berücksichtigt bzw. Verbesserungsvorschläge nicht beachtet. Aufgrund der Corona Situation ist nun unsere Kündigung 2 Tage (natürlich wusste die Aquiese Bescheid das wir nicht verlängern wollen) zu spät eingegangen. Haben 10 Jahre pünktlich ihre Rechnungen bezahlt bekommen aber man kann nur mit dem Kopf schütteln, die bestehen auf ein weiteres Jahr. Unglaublich enttäuschend und wirklich nicht zu empfehlen!

    Stunden - lange Wartezeiten am Telefon. Neugeräte gekauft und kein Techniker kommt zur Installation. Habe mich schön geärgert, dass ich hier meine Verträge verlängert habe und nicht zu einem anderen Hersteller gewechselt bin. Service kennt die firma Ricoh nicht -!!!!!

    Was ist los mit Ricoh? Man kann doch die Kunden nicht 30 min ( oder erst garnicht rangehen) warten lassen bis man eine Bestellung oder Defekt meldet. Auch Ihre Kunden haben Kunden die auf Verlässlichkeit aus sind. Vielleicht sollte man einfach mal das Personal aufstocken ansonsten kann man den Laden nicht mehr empfehlen. Aber anscheinend interessiert es niemanden bei Ricoh. Bin ja nicht der erste der so was schreibt. Schade...

    Nie wieder Ricoh! Erst liefert man uns ein nicht, wie besprochenes Gerät. Ok Pech gehabt, 5 Jahre müssen erfüllt werden. Weder die Technik Abteilung noch der Service sind zu empfehlen. Nach über 10 Jahren Kunde bei diesem Unternehmen trifft die Kündigung 1. Tag zu spät ein (ja OK man könnte sagen selbst Schuld ich hätte die Corona Krise in meinen Versandt einberechnen müssen) wird der Vertrag um weitere 12 Monate verlängert! Eine Frechheit! Außerdem haben alle Mac Systeme Probleme mit dem Gerät und man kann es nicht mehr einsetzten! Sucht >Euch lieber einen anderen Anbieter, denn selbst das Schreiben der Rechnungen bekommen die nicht hin!!!!

    I am extremely disappointed. I bought a laser color printer (C200W) from Ricoh for my home. The printer is very good, but after about 200 sheets all the toner was empty. The device costs around 250 euros new. Replacing all the toners costs around 900 euros, which is disproportionate. Absolute rip off!!! I tried to fill the toner with toner color from a third party but the device doesn't recognize the color and still shows an error message. I can only advise everyone to stay away from it. The device has now ended up in the trash and I bought an Epson. The support wasn't any help either, quite the opposite. I have never experienced such unfriendly and listless support.

    This is not a company, the company is an imposition!!! When you call, you are stuck on hold without success. If you really win the lottery and someone gets on the phone, they just say I can't help them, I'll pass on their message and dispatch will call back when the technician is coming. There is no call back and no technician comes to repair it. Last time it took 4 weeks for an unqualified technician to come and after 3 days the device was defective again. I can only warn everyone about this company!!!! The word “service” is a foreign word for Ricoh!!!!

    Underground service. Ricoh has stubbornly refused to arrange technician appointments in advance for a year. Apart from the fact that apparently nobody, including the technicians, has any idea about their own devices. We've been dealing with a defective multifunctional device for almost 1.5 years. An absolute nightmare and unbelievable. We've never experienced anything like this! Not to mention the absolutely unfriendly employees on the phone, if you ever reach anyone.     Vor mehr als einem Jahr einen Objektivdeckel bestellt und Infomaterial weil ich mir ein neues Tele zwecks Tierfotografie anschaffen wollte. Trotz mehrmaliger Mails gab es von Seiten der Fa. Ricoh nicht einmal eine Reaktion. Und das obwohl ich zuvor jahrelang zufriedener Kunde war! Es ist als ob man auf einen Schlag das komplette Personal ausgewechselt hätte um die Kunden zu vergrämen. Zeit für einen Systemwechsel nach 30 Jahren Pentax! Pentax? Nie wieder!

    We have two Ricoh copiers at our company that are constantly causing paper jams. There was already a Ricoh employee who put everything back in order, but claimed that it was our employees' fault that we didn't know how to use the copier. Now, a few weeks later: traffic jams on both devices again. Nobody from Ricoh has responded for weeks now. Bad service, unfriendly. There were almost never any problems with our previous copier from another manufacturer. It's a shame that the leasing contract at the time expired.

    Unfortunately I have to give a negative review today. The company has downsized massively in recent years and my trust in the company has been shaken. I have been a customer in the production area for years and still had a maintenance contract to this day. False billing for nine months, endless discussions with incompetent employees who believe they have eaten wisdom with a spoon. Sorry RICOH - one less customer and the machine is now sold!

    GN8, I bought two 100 euro printers from Ricoh. I used the first one for about 14 months, then the message came: Maintenance now. After a restart it worked again. The intervals between failures caused by the software were becoming shorter and shorter. So put the next one into operation, but after almost the same time, the same problem. Ricoh didn't offer me a solution. I threw away both printers.
