My doctor recently left the practice without any notification from OIM. I am worried I may not be treated fairly because my previous physician was so kind and responsive to my health needs. The nursing and physicians staff are very courteous and patient. However, the front desk staff needs work. They have always been rude and very short, even when treated with respect. I suspect they have a preference for certain ‘types’ of patients. The medical staff is not like that in any way. I will update this review if future interactions should change.

Dr. Micheal Steele, Robin, Nurse are the very best in their medical field for Internal Medicine. Dr. Steele has been my mothers Primary Care doctor for many years. He has always shown great concern for her complicated health issues which are Brittle Diebetic disease and Heart Congestive Failure, along with additional areas of her health. We have always appreciated his dedication, great knowledge in the medical area and the time he takes to care for his patients. You will find that all the staff at Olympic Internal Medicine to be very pleasant, helpful and always there to assist with your medical needs. The Roncalli Family

I waited almost a month for an appointment, I offered my insurance info when I made the appointment but they said they didnt need it. They then had an issue with insurance so they cancelled my appointment and left a voice-mail, even though my appointment was a week away and I could have easily made a phone call to get it taken care of before the appointment but they just cancelled it without talking to me.

I was a longtime patient at UW medical clinics and was sad to find no UW facilities in Kitsap County where we recently relocated. After a terrible experience at another facility I called UW for a reference and Doctor Gross was recommended. I am beyond thrilled with the customer service of Dr Gross and his assistant Janelle are just incredible. I highly recommend Olympic internal medicine. I had a rude phone call from office staff returning my phone call. Hopefully was a one time issue.

This is amazing group of doctors and employee's! I've never been to a doctors office that I feel so comfortable and welcome in. After going to many bigger doctors clinics and hospitals where I felt like I was just a number, I finally feel like I matter to them personally. They always recognized me by name, and remember my history and things that are going on in my life. I have recommended several of my friends and family to come here, as I have great trust in all of the doctors.

I had communication issues with Macie after I was left alone in a very small office for 15-20 minutes staring at a poster that told me how important I was and how respected I was. I felt like my time was not respected and/or I was not important. It turns out Macie was reviewing my file, but no one told me that. Instead I was left to churn and burn for 15-20 minutes in a closet of an office.

Olympic Internal Medicine is a fantastic clinic in Bremerton. I recently moved to the area and needed a new doctor. After asking around and looking online I decided to call for an appointment - and I will never to anywhere else. The entire staff is excellent - from the front office to the doctors and to the lab. Real professionals that take the time to make sure you feel your best. I just wish I could leave one more star!

My experience here with Macie Booker has been by far my best and most memorable experience of good health care that I can remember. I have seen over 20 doctors in several different specialties and she is the only person I have met that has taken my concerns so seriously. She has a great sense of humor and was very considerate of my needs as a patient. She got me to the doctors I needed and the medicine I needed whenever I asked. There wasn't ever an argument, she was always trying to give me the tools I needed to have a good life. We always came together to find the solutions that best fitted me. She never made me feel like I was crazy over my concerns. Any tests I needed or referrals I wanted, she was on it and helped me. I have had to fight for simple things like this from other providers. I am now living in Hawaii and greatly miss this provider and her assistant Tasha. I definitely felt like family at this practice and haven't found people like this since. If you're in the market for a new provider, Macie is the way to go!

After my doctor of 45 years retired, I was sure I would never find anyone better than he was. Then I found Dr. Michael Steele at Olympic Internal Medicine. From the very first visit, he has demonstrated a level of knowledge, care and compassion that consistently exceeds my expectations. Both he and his Assistant, Robin, make me feel welcomed and in good hands on every visit. When I had a medical emergency the front desk staff coordinated with Robin and Dr Steele and I was able to see them just a couple hours later. (and I'm pretty sure that was supposed to be their lunchtime.) Lab results are always promptly reported to me, and I get written follow up instructions after every visit. When I've needed imaging in a hurry, Olympic staff always seem to be able to find an opening somewhere, on the same day. There is just nothing that this entire group of medical professionals falls short on. I highly recommend Dr Steele, Robin, and the entire staff at Olympic Internal Medicine.

For anyone that is having a hard time Olympic Internal Medicine will get you out of that position and make a better you.
