Kind of short but nice overall with 3 ft waterfall.

Recently cleaned up by a fantastic crew, trails were in great condition. There was some areas near the water with natural clay, a great spot to stop and play with littles. We mostly stuck to the trails off to the left where the little waterfall was. We went to explore the right fork of the trail but noticed an encampment and turned back. We felt safe enough on the left trails though. 👍

Lovely place to hike around. Some areas have the trail washed out. I've also experienced people on small electric motorcycles driving around the main sections. Lots of small paths and approaches that get very steep suddenly that might be dangerous if you're walking/running around too quickly and not paying attention. I found the steep sections quite fun myself and the bottom with the small waterfall and brook is lovely.

Nice little walk we took our dog on while it Sprinkled a little Rain on us. Small main loop trail, many little trails that lead down to a stream of babbling water with many steps placed to make it easy to follow back to parking lot.

It was a beautiful sight. I little bit of a incline hike but most of it with stairs. Not really marked, but if you go with a picture of a map of the trails you'll get to where you wanna go. And it's also a great place to find an adventure.

Cool place in the heart of Bremerton. Don't go alone. Safer with another person. Run or walk but would not suggest a bike. Trails are beautiful and water fall was fun to find.

Access is challenging for casual walkers, but a nice little hidden gem. Directions to falls: From the Birch street trailhead, go down hill, left at the sign, right at the next trail fork, then look for another branch on the left. Follow this down the stairs to the creek. Follow the creek upstream, by whatever path fits your ability until you reach the small falls.

There is a nice stream that goes through the canyon. Trail paths are not always clear but it is such a small area I have never had a hard time finding my way out.

I didn't walk the trails because as soon as I got down there and started looking around, I saw that there was some creepy looking individuals riding bikes in and out of the trails, garbage trails here and there and a tweeker ripping apart the rear end of his truck in the parking area, so I figured it wasn't a good day to walk. Looks cool but not for 1 single female to take off walking down into the abyss with no weapon!!

Nice creek but that's about it. Some trails just end, lots of homeless camps, trash and clothes littered throughout. I was legit keeping an eye out for bodies, wouldn't recommend. Never found the waterfall.

I liked it a lot. Some nice areas if you want to keep it relaxed, then there are some more challenging areas if you want to get your adventure on. My partner does not get as excited about the more challenging parts of hikes as I do but she was able to manage this this one so it was a great middle ground. Only negative was that it was a bit difficult to actually find the small waterfall but after getting turned around a few times we finally did it.

Not ideal with a medium sized or large dog because the trails are really narrow. The trails down to the water are too steep to get to, even without holding a camera.

👍 Peaceful place for a picnic. The kids playground is well maintained and the landscaping is just as nice. I love the renovations kitsap has made for all its local parks over the years. Safe place for the family to be. The only issue I have is the occasional dog owner not picking up their animal waste...
