I forgot a couple of items in the room and was impressed when the hotel found them and called me the next day. I opted to pay for shipping them to my home, and now I have them! In my experience, it is not often that Lost & Found works. Kudos for the great customer service!

Ideal location. Close to the ferry and restaurants. The staff are friendly & knowledgeable. It is a quick ferry ride to Seattle without the congestion. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend staying here.

Very accommodating and hospitality staff. Quiet and Neat room. Spacious and comfortable. It's recommended for travelers who are looking for a place to stay at a very affordable price. My family stay and celebrate my wife's birthday last April 12, 2022, up to April 17, 2022, in Room 357.

Due to a booking error, I did not stay the night there for the date booked and they refused to refund my money. I even offered at least a credit or to refund half the money. The manager denied all requests and I was out $200+. Very foolish because I'll be sure to never stay at a Marriott again and will tell this negative experience anytime Marriott gets brought up in conversation. They had a chance to rectify the situation and chose short term money over the big picture and have now lost potentially thousands. A poor mistake by the manager of this hotel and Marriott.

We checked in late at night my kid had an dentist appointment 5:30 in the AM, we need a room very convenient, the service when I checked in was very professional friendly, breakfast was buffet style of course the waffle making was fun for the kids. Overall this hotel I would recommend had no issues whatsoever please verify for yourself! I would definitely recommend and there's parking.

Friendly staff and nice modern, clean and quiet rooms. They did provide ear plugs which made me wonder... Breakfast included and I appreciated that they provided containers and bags for a "to go" option which in our case was grabbing extras for a nice lunch. Have stayed here before and would stay again.

Amazing hotel! Very friendly staff, nice well appointed room, ice machine on same floor, comfy bed. Breakfast room is spacious w cozy seating and tables, and the food wow generous!! Great location downtown and walking distance to anything you want almost. Secure underground parking $10/ day worth it. Only complaint is room thin walls; could hear neighbor TV and talking all night.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Reception desk helpful and courteous. Location is Okay, it is central to shops and restaurants. Easy walk to the waterfront and ferry. Rooms are very clean. Nice, comfortable beds and bedding. The shower was nice, with plenty of water pressure and towels. The bathroom was clean, with nice vanity sinks and mirrors. Window View from my room was a parking lot. The street noise was terrible, woke up many times due to loud vehicles and motorcycles. Breakfast had a couple of hot items and some typical cold food. It was okay for a hotel breakfast buffet. Parking is expensive, it's Bremerton for gosh sakes. I know it's busy with Shipyard and ferry, but really, the rooms are not cheap here.

Absolutely the best experience. They were so friendly and accommodating. We had a 2 night stay because a pipe burst in our bathroom at home. It was such a relaxing solution to a stressful situation. Having breakfast and coffee every morning was a huge bonus. The facility is very clean and comforting. The location could not be any better right in the middle of our beautiful downtown. We were able to walk to a movie and dinner and grab some essentials at the new mercantile store. Highly recommend!

Nice clean rooms but I think bathroom is on the older side with some stains in tub. The shower curtain in my room was short and if you're not careful, water could spray out of the tub and wet the bathroom. Breakfast had the usual plus individually wrapped cheddar cheese so that was something different. Small small pool - probably one of the smallest I've seen shaped like a trapezoid. 🤷

We really don't like hotels, but we decided to try this hotel and it did not disappoint. Although the room was very tiny, it was CLEAN. Which is hard to find in hotels. It has everything you need, a little store downstairs, and a nice free breakfast every day. The staff are SO nice and helpful. Excellent customer service and the rate wasn't too bad. The hotel is centrally located to the water and a variety of restaurants and bars. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed in as it was 4 minutes away from the ferry terminal to Seattle. Very cozy and welcoming staff. Laundry, gym, and pool are all awesome amenities. Lastly the hot breakfast was really good, lots of options and serve.

We arrived late at night and was happy with the room and close distance to the water and downtown. My only negative comment is about the parking lot which felt tiny with 0 security or even a gate that closes. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

It's quiet and nice while having a comfortable look about the rooms. The staff was friendly and didn't talk too much. The biggest downside is the parking. The way they have this setup bigger vehicles are nearly impossible to maneuver around in the floors. I had to keep the star based on the parking. They need to set it up so that trucks and SUVs don't have to mix with cars or midsized vehicles. Otherwise it was a good visit

The pictures are deceiving. The image of the pool is not at all honest. It is much smaller than then it looks. I have never seen a pool so small before.

I know it's not Fairfield's fault, but I think people should know that the parking garage across the street on 4th has a security camera on the top level that can clearly see into every single room on the 4th Street side... I don't know but that makes me feel weird

Best place to stay in the area! Not as fancy as the other competitor with waterfront views but this place suits me well. Lots of visitors who have ties to the shipyard nearby. Complimentary breakfast is awesome especially when bacon is regarded as one of the major food groups!

Great staff, clean rooms. Unfortunately the hote always smells of cigarette smoke. Not their fault though. Close to the ferry!

I was extremely happy with and grateful for every employee we came into contact with. From the booking to the checking in, using the pool and then breakfast in the morning. Eileen, Casey and Jose...thank you so much for making myself and my kids feel so welcomed and safe.

The room was clean, spacious, and the morning breakfast offered many options. Only downside was our vehicle was too large to park in the attached structure and we had to park a few blocks away.

Every aspect of this hotel was wonderful! Staff was super energetic, friendly, and helpful. Underground Hotel parking. Great complimentary toiletries. Breakfast was super good, served till 10 but was not a strict deadline which was wonderful since we are usually late! Beautiful spacious suite that easily fit six of us. Also a very clean hotel!

Overall acceptable. The hotel was clean and staff friendly. The reason only three stars is a few things that put me off in terms of quality. The room was very large, but the furniture was all tiny, and sparse. The TV was super tiny, too far away for the bed, and could not be moved or turned as it was bolted down. The spa tub was nice, all jets worked and it was clean, but the ceiling over it was downright scary, clearly there had been a leak in the room above, but my 5 year old nephew could have done a batter patch job than what they did (not exaggerating). Also, windows were NOT sound proof at all, between the seagulls and passing cars, woke up bright and early.
