Had the first ultrasound of my pregnancy and they wouldn't allow my husband in. I do not give a flying f*** about their excuses; this is an outrage.

Appointment for an X-ray, made the day prior, was for 1000; at 1030, I was still waiting. After I spoke with the receptionist, who had to walk back there to speak with the technician because there wasn’t an answer when she tried calling on the phone, I was called back by a very sullen employee. She never said hello, nor did she make any attempt to be pleasant at all. After waiting for 45 minutes, it took her less than 5 minutes to take the x-rays. Evidently, she had been back there with a ‘difficult’ case; however, no one left prior to my appointment. Very frustrating, very poor customer service, and I would not recommend their services.

Grandma, who's 79 yrs old, checked in around 1 pm for x-rays, and wondered why those who checked in after her were called first. After waiting over an hour, receptionist indicated that the "check-in button" wasn't clicked; hence, she wasn't in queue. Thank goodness, we brought this to their attention. Needless to say, if you're checking in at Harrison Medical Imaging, make sure to let the receptionist know to click the "check-in button" to make sure you're in queue. Proper training is key to make sure such mishaps are minimized.

Upon arrival front desk was extremely cold and rude. I just moved here within the week and am going though a lot physically and mentally and felt bullied by the comments of the older woman at the desk. You never know what someone is going through and I don't believe she is working in the right field. I didn't even need her to be overly kind, just to do her job. The ironic part is she wasn't even taking care of me.

Imaging staff was super nice, it's a shame records doesn't keep up. Waited 6 weeks for an appointment with my doc to review the MRI they said they were sending over immediately. Nothing was sent, and now I'm waiting 2 more weeks for another appointment. Wasted driving time, wasted work time, and more waiting for the next step.

We just learned my mom has aggressive cancer and we were instructed to get imaging done here. When we arrived at the time we were told to, we were yelled at for being too early. It was 318 pm and we were told to be there at 315. We were so confused because the actual appointment was 330. After arguing about the time, the lady said, “I was lookiNg at you 4pm appointment not your 330.” No apology or even saying that we were ok. The level of care and or communication went down from there. After the first set of images, we waited until 427 pm (the time I’m writing now) and later before the next test. There are signs everywhere that say to let them know if you are waiting longer than 15 min after the schedule time. I told them and they said oh, the person left that gives those images. The lady behind the desk got up and walked away. After a few minutes she came back and said you already had both images taken. My mom informed them that she only had one set. With the cancer in her stomach it is extremely hard to eat or drink anything. She had to drink 32 oz of water for the appointment which put her in bad pain. After the first set of images she was told that she could use the restroom. After the “mixup” was “fixed” she was told that she should not have used the restroom and needed to drink another 32 oz of water. The pain is so extreme she screams and cries every drink of water. If you have any other options run from this place.

I had an appointment today. I haven't had a mammogram or any ultrasound since 2017 due to living in a 3rd world country for the last 5 years. Asked my doctor for a full ultrasound of both breasts and mammogram. The imaging center went back and forth with what codes they needed. So the doctor did what they said was needed. At my appointment today the mammogram tech was very curt and not friendly. Then the ultrasound tech said they would only do two single small isolated areas. Not the whole breasts because of the codes the doctor sent. They were the codes they asked for. I have a history of breast cancer. And the ultrasound was very needed for medical reasons. And I had concerns because of the length of time since my last treatment. I also specifically asked, is the doctor going to go over my images with me before I leave. They said yes. Well, he didn't see me or go over my images. Sent the tech to say it was "OK. Nothing to worry about". Are you kidding me? I have a history and also a cancer scare in 2017. And he can't do what every radiologist does with breast cancer history patients? As I am walking out he has his backpack on and is leaving early. Stunned. The curt nature of check in and the lack of empathy was very upsetting. I am going to have to find another clinic and have this done out of pocket so I can have the peace of mind that is normally given..

Had a very unpleasant experience with a receptionist at the imaging center. She was rude and raised an attitude when I politely asked why we had been sitting for 30+ minutes. She was also giving other patients attitude for not knowing exactly where to go or what to do as they checked in. Her name was even Karen. True to the name.

I was told my appointment is at 0730 but to get here at 0700. I was told to start drinking water one hour before my appointment. I am full of water. Both my bladder and stomach hurt. They aren't open. I am hoping I will be okay until they open.

Don’t go here for baby ultrasound imaging. They are not too friendly and when my baby would not turn to get a good picture, the tech shook my baby aggressively to try and get it to turn. Pretty sure it’s not good for little fetuses to be shaken like that. I was really upset about it and will never go back to this place again.

Can’t get any worse than this place The left hand doesn’t know what the right hands doing and you figure that out as you’re standing at the front desk and it just goes downhill from there

I had a surprisingly good experience here which I hadn't been sure about after reading other reviews and stepping into the lobby. Downside - the lobby was shabby and dark with bulletproof glass between customer and front desk staff. Upside - the staff were very friendly, efficient and professional. Thankfully once I was past the front lobby, the back area was clean, well lit and surprisingly large. The ultrasound tech who did my imaging was great. She made sure I was comfortable, had a great bedside manner and was very efficient. Overall, I had a good experience at this location and would totally give them five stars if they could get that lobby area together.

I had a FNA biopsy done in nov 2023, my sister accompanied me the procedure seemed to be going fine all though not pleasant as you are getting needles in your neck. Once finished I was allowed to swallow and was almost unable to as i notified them i wasnt able to swallow to well they kinda blew me off until i made it know this didnt feel right they found the caused with the ultrasound which was a bleed from my nodule into my neck that was pooling up against my throat causing me this weird not being able to swallow feeling. (Complications for this procedure are fairly low, but i didnt blame them for this bleed) They were paniced and didnt know how to treat me, (which is why i would not reccomend them at all) the tech was kind and he stayed in the room with us but the doctor left quickly and after all three of us looked at one another asking was he coming back did he finally come back and ask how i was doing(the same). He did not confirm by looking to see if the bleeding had slowed or stopped and I was sent home with little to no info on how to care for my new found hemmorage was the word they used at the time i did however make a ER trip that night to confirm it had indeed stopped bleeding and was a hematoma at least later in the day. They have not called to check in on how I am doing or anything of the sort. They wrote up a report of what happend within an hour of me leaving the building. My sister said the doctors hands were shaking the entire time he was getting samples from my neck(with needles). I would not suggest getting a thyroid F N A biopsy from this location. Maybe it was just the doctor I got but better safe than sorry as I am on day three of having pain when swallowing, yawning, coughing as well as occasionally turning my neck. The front desk was fine although there was noone there when I was exiting which seemed strange for the middle of the day I just walked out assuming there was nothing left for me to sign.

This office is so unprofessional. The front desk told me I could not make a follow up appointment for another biopsy until the Dr's went over the second referral in the office to determine what procedure would be needed . I had already had a biopsy that they determined hadn't collected the proper sample . I was told they would call back . This was a couple months ago. I had other health issues arise . Ive been busy and decided to call them today . I was told they determined awhile ago I needed to have it done at the hospital. I've waited since January to be seen . I would not recommend this facility , I've not had favorable results with either.

I will be brutally honest!!! I accompanied my Mom for a CT scan. When we came in, there was a total silence. No greeting or whatsoever, eventhough we smiled at them. My mom approached the front desk and said Hi. The lady with a big hair just told her to wait and you can really feel that you are not welcome. The other big lady was the one who talked to my Mom and I decided to sit on the bench near the entrance. The tone of her voice and attitude was really unacceptabe. She was feisty and it seems like she was raising her voice at my Mom, so I decided to stand up and gave her a look that would give a sign that we are customers and can fully understand on what she was saying!!! For God's sake, if anyone from HR of this institution can read this then please tell to those ladies that if they are not happy with their job, they can leave or don't take their frustration out to their patients!!! On the brighter side, the gentleman or the radiology tech who assisted my Mom for the procedure was nice and courteous! I'm reading some of the comments here and it seems that it wasn't only us who experienced how horrible those front desks are!!!

Had a really good experience here today. Was worried after reading reviews. Check in went smoothly (arrived 20 minutes early, check in took 10 minutes with insurance paperwork and signatures, etc), receptionist was very nice and thorough. Taken back for my appointment on time. Technician was very kind and patient when I became anxious in the scan. She helped me get comfortable and was able to finish just fine. A great experience all around, very nice CT technician, thanks so much.

Terrible experience. Getting a ultrasound shouldn’t be that bad but it was. Never go back again. Crappy customer service to boot.

The staff is okay, it’s just the waiting time even if you have an appointment. At times we have waited an hour or more for my aunt to be seen. In the imaging office in silverdale the wait is very short. I do not like coming to this office.

Worst experience of my life. I got charged 600.00 plus dollars and got no results. 5 viles of fluid for a thyroid gland biopsy, and they said that they didn't get enough for a analysis. The qwack obviously did not know what he was doing.
