I remember when Ann first came down here with her shop in the other location. She was good then and still is today. I used to get my nails done all the time and eyebrows arched. I had no problem at all whatsoever. When she moved to the new location, no matter how crowded or busy they were, I got treated kindly and received exceedingly amazing service. So I've been going to this shop for 8 years, and never really had a complaint . Sometimes my designs aren't quite right on my toes, no big deal . Yesterday my daughter and I went, I got a pedicure she got a full set. The price said $35 ultimate, they charged me $45 . Full set said $23 they charged 26 (they charge for polish now) 3 dollars to paint her nails. I am a great tipper, not yesterday. Don't go there, and tell all your friends . I will not be back !!

Got a very simple set, nude color only. It took almost 2 hrs, my nails were crooked and the lady doing my nails kept getting the glue on her so she kept having to reapply multiply times.

I took my daughter here to get her nails done on her birthday. This was her very first time getting acrylic nails. She complained that they hurt, one in particular caused her a lot of discomfort. It's been a couple of weeks now and we were able to get the nail off. I was horrified to see that her nail was completely cut in two! That is so unnecessary. It has been filed down all the way through. The girl who did her nails kept talking to another employee while completely ignoring my daughter. Perhaps if she would have payed attention and showed an ounce of respect in regards to her paying customer, this could have been avoided. This infuriated me as a mother on so many levels. Don't waste your money at this low quality shop.

Definitely don’t recommend doing dip nails there, not only they got the wrong color for me, but also my nail broke an hour after, as well as too thick and sharp.

Honestly probably will never go back for nails I feel like they rushed through them didn’t even ask the shape I wanted them then when I asked to shape them they sounded put out just didn’t like the outcome of my nails

Walked in, selected $35 pedicure. They said they couldn't do a haircut today and when I got to the check out the $35 pedicure was surprisingly $50. Yes I tipped but I don't understand how you go from $35 to $50 with no explanation. Future reference: tell your client what you are charging and why. I won't be back.

I love Ann she has been doing my nails for years, she is fast and does exactly what I asked for, the pedicures are also very, the staff is friendly, I will not change nail salons, very happy with the services.
