Im going to be completely honest with you. I loved my apartment i loved the location. I loved how cheap it was. I loved everything about my apartment except Karen and Stacey and The bed bugs that was in Apt.112 I have so many videos and photos i had knox and terminex look at my bed and they both told me its not my bed that they were already there. I brought them to stacey and karen the second day i moved in and they said they were going to move me i was ok and i never asked for any money off. I just wanted to move. They told me no even after Knox told them that it wasn't my fault. they ignored that. I would love to move into an apartment with no carpet. they told me i would be moving to 135. i stopped everything thinking i was moving they told me no they didnt find any bed bugs. Now i work from home so i didnt get my internet on thinking i was moving & i was pissed. i brought 3 bed bugs to her (karen) and she still says they are not there. I lost out on my bed and furniture and my clothes cause i was scared to move them with me. I wouldnt mind moving back just in an apartment with no carpet and if Karen or Stacey is there i would never go back. I moved in June30 moved out August 1st. I could not deal with the bed bugs any longer.

Heads up. To whoever moves into APT 138....prepare yourself for bed bug infestation, prepare yourself to get rid of your couch, bed, blankets & clothes b/c of this severe, SEVERE BED BUG INFESTATION & YOU WILL PAY LOTS OF MONEY TO GET RID OF THEM...& THERES NO GAUARANTEE THEY.LL BE GONE. GOOD LUCK. Filthy place.

Call ahead and if Ms. Karen Johnson is still the Property Manager - simply rent somewhere else. You do not want Ms. Johnson making any decisions in your life. I lived at PTC for over a year and it takes them 45 days to make a repair that only takes forty-five minutes. J. ERIC Fisk

Nice area great ppl surrounding the place, changing of staff is a bit annoying. Maintenance tho almost never wants fix anything only one guy can actually fix stuff but he is awesome though when he comes in he gets right to solving the problem!!!

I've moved out of Peachtree commons last year and never gotten my deposit. I've been asking the manager Stacy lewis about it. She's keeps saying she'll look into it. But never have! Gave her my info. Still no results... I've been gone since July 2021. I will never return no matter how the complex changes. I want my DEPOSIT BACK PLUS INTEREST FOR WAITING SO DAMN LONG PLUS STACY IS A LIER!!!

I go there sometimes to use the laundromat. Pretty nice with the acceptance of the old black guy with the keys that apparently watches over it. You can tell he stays pretty waisted everytime I have seen him. He likes to go in this one room that's always stays locked. Probably where he keeps his stash. My wife has been there a couple times by herself and he seems to like to talk to her and to complement her looks and make little suggestive remarks. Asking her if she drinks and offering her a beer or a drink. Proberly would love to get her in that little locked room where only he has keys to. Can't believe they still have him over the laundromat area. I pretty sure this has happened not to just my wife. I feel pretty sure he does it with others. He's going tp ask the wrong lady soon and finds he has a GORILLA HUSBAND looking for his ass.

This was a nice place back in 2015, but ever since then the staff is lazy. I've called and complained in person for the past year and they still haven't fixed something that caused my unit to fail inspection. I only stay here because I don't drive and it's close to the store. Otherwise I wouldn't live here. I gave 1 star because I had to in order to say how much this place and mgmt sucks.

No pool it stays green all year. No safe playground for kids . No number in the wash room for the washing machine and dryer. not usuable mold trashed
