We had to use the online ordering system when you walk in they won’t service you at the cashier. I seen a few people walk out that didn’t wanna pay like that. It’s definitely a uncomfortable atmosphere I feel the customers feel like there bothering them to order or anything. Management better wake up.

Do not order the pies. Theyll not make them after they tell you they have them and you order and 30 minutes later they still haven't made them. Asked again and the manager doesn't offer anything but a refund

Great and new! Food was hot and fresh. Service was good but not the fastest. The drive through lines block the entrances to the building, making it kinda unsafe for people walking in and out.

Brand New McDonald's and they have 4 of those Kiash Ordering and refused to take my order personally. I hate those stupid things and when I asked to speak to the Manager she told me that they are trying to introduce the new machines to Customers. I asked why they couldn't take my order personally and she ignored me after that

New location, same old McDonalds. First, "Watchu want" ain't exactly the best service. Then, waited in line 38 minutes with 2, maybe 3 cars in front of me. I cancelled the order and went somewhere else when she said it'd be another 5-10 minutes so just pull up. And I won't mention how crazy expensive it would've been.
