Ones star for the look on line picture. smell like funky dirty feet , moldy everything smell like yeah it was clean with a dirty cloth .Everything has bad smell bath room smell like urine . At night you can’t sleep because the only you can hear running back and forth , screaming, yelling, loud music, like it was in the club. you cannot even think that bad it was I think it got quiet at 5 o’clock in the morning. I will not get a room in this please.

A two is stretching it. I'm pretty sure this is the smallest hotel room I've been in. There are not enough outlets. for our devises. On the other hand, the room is clean and the clerk is almost friendly. This is our first night so I reserve the right to update this review for better or worse. UPDATE: Couldn't take it any more. The air conditioner is falling apart. The door jamb has been damaged. The room was so small that there was no place to put any of our things. We checked out a day early. A departing piece of humor. The clerk did not know how to print a receipt. It wasn't all bad. The water was hot and there we no bugs, both of which kind of surprised me. I need to post this before I think of something else.

The staff is so nice and accommodating! The rooms are super nice! They have been redone and look great! It's quiet and peaceful.. great place to get away and just relax

At first, this is not a bad motel. But when you're kept awake all night long when you have a long drive the next day and the owner refuses to keep the other guests quiet, it gets one star. This particular group of guests decided to party all night on the sidewalk in front of other people's rooms, yelling and carrying on. I even at one point came outside and politely asked them to keep it down as I had to work in the morning. That lasted about 15 minutes and they were back at it. I called the front desk at 2:45 am and asked him to talk to them. He assured me he would. So, at 3:30 am I went out and started yelling myself. I will be asking for a refund.

Booked a room. Called to cancel and was told my card was not charged and I was cancelled then saw a charge on my card. I called back and the woman rudely said she is not aware and made no effort to look me up. Would not recommend if you are interested in honesty.

The rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast is no more than a lunch bag with a danish, a muffin, and a small thing of orange juice. However, I would stay there again due to the lower rate compared to other places.

The hotel room was absolutely perfect it almost looked brand new the beds were so comfortable and we got plenty of rest so there is no complaints about the room at all other than in the middle of the night we needed toilet paper and could not get any from the office because nobody came. Now the location was terrible that was our main concern we did not feel safe in this city at all homeless people everywhere seemed like there was maybe drugs everywhere too not even 3 hotels down there was SWAT team busting a hotel and had people arrested everywhere outside..however you are pretty close to the beach so that's one good thing but we would not come back to this hotel ever again simply due to the sketchy folks everywhere. One guy ran up to our vehicle right beside this hotel with a dollar bill in his hand asking if he can wipe our windows for another dollar bill. Maybe we aren't use to the city but We felt very very unsafe!

I loved this motel its the best one I've been to in a while it was nice and quiet, the rooms were comfortable up to date and clean no bugs lol the staff were very accommodating respectful and professional if something was wrong they took care of it promptly and made sure you were ok the grounds are kept and its very convenient to everything i would have no problem telling anyone to stay there when I come back I will come back I really enjoyed my stay and the prices are very reasonable for what you get I was somewhat sad to leave I really enjoyed my stay

Paid for 4 nights only stayed for 3 couldn't deal with them any more.. had for people for are room and only was given 2 towels .. free breakfast was a joke only would give us 3 for 4 people..and don't get me started on their bug problems.. I wasn't the only group that left out early from this place another couple got tired of the rude folks that work there..STAY AWAY!

Worst hotel I’ve ever come across. The “breakfast” is a paper sack with a juice and mini muffin. The office is locked 24/7 because it appears an entire middle East family owns, runs and lives behind the office. We arrived early and the said we can check in a few hours early for 50 cash. We paid to be there the 30 to the 4th and they insisted we check out on the 3rd stating that we arrived the day before we did. The room was basic, not super clean, roaches and the hardest most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever tried to sleep on. Avoid this hotel it’s not safe and they are Rude. Also the smell of pot was constant.

Room was clean and the wifi was solid. I would stay here again.

There are many things I want to say about this particular place, I am going to be tactful. Many missing things in room, smoke alarm being one. Front desk staff seem like they have better things to do then give us all the pieces to the coffee maker. For the $ go to the other super 8, maybe.

We booked this motel online because they had the best weekly price and it was close to the Navy base. They charged us $800 on our debit card and asked us for a cash deposit of $30 saying we’ll get back after checkout. We had to keep our suitcases and bags on the bed because we found 4 ROACHES around the room and bathroom. Also, they had a sign on when housekeeping can come into room but those ladies was coming every day changing towels and linens when the sign wasn’t even up!

So I'm staying at the Hotel today on Father's Day on June 18th of 2023. Unfortunately we have been getting a lot of rain lately and we even just had a tornado 2 days ago so it's been very very flooded everywhere and I think for what I understand is that it's been about a hundred years since we've had a flood this bad. I come from Indiana which is a much colder weather and when I checked in this morning they were actually willing to give me the room before their timing of checking in. For that I am very thankful for their service and to looking out for their customers , and the reason I say that is because just as they were about to give me my room it started to thunder so I'm thankful for that. I'm not used to this kind of weather just yet so I didn't know that after too much flooding they have a lot of horse flies.. I took a shower and I was feeling good until the evening time when I started feeling scratchy obviously to try not to make it a big thing I went to the office but thankfully they move me to another room and they were very understandable about it. The only recommendation I would give is for them to let their guests know if there is something like that going on or if there's a lot of rain that that is something that is more likely to happen but as I guess we have to be understandable that they're doing a lot. Specially on this Father's Day, I think all the staff but specially those who had to work on their Father's day

The rooms have the look of not having been planned. Outlets and plug ins are placed where ever they could be, not in a convenient spot for the user. You can tell this hotel is someone's pet project by the unfinished floors and unsupported piping. I'd give this place a pass if at all possible.

I saw a lot of bad reviews, but also several good reviews, so I took a chance. I had no problems. It is a very basic room, but everything worked, and it was clean and comfortable.

If I wasn't so tired when I got in I would have likely put a little more thought into what the source of so many various stains were on the sheets. Instead, I laid my beach blanket on top and crashed out. You get what you pay for. Prepare yourself. Bring your sage cause I'm afraid what that room would look like under a crime scene black light. 😳

We truly enjoyed our stay ❤️ Loved that the rooms were exactly as the pictures and with four kids we hardly ever get a room with so much walking rooms! The girls could ride their hoverboards while the boys played there games without killing each other 🤣

Front desk receptionist was rude and kept insinuating that I needed a smoke room even though I was not a smoker. Online price reflected $86 and when I get there it’s $179, however my card was charged $202 and he is trying to say that’s because of tax. The room had big roaches. Just all around horrible experience.

Even with the confirmation number, they mixed up the rooms and we're confused. It took us 45 minutes to check in after the room had already been paid for, then they asked for a $20 cash deposit . The rooms were nice and the people were mostly nice but half the buttons on the air conditioner did not work as well as half the buttons on the microwave.

I don’t usually stay at Super 8’s but this one was a great stay. My room was clean and really nice. I plan to use this as my place to stay when I need a room from now on. The staff was very nice and pleasant. Great prices and service. I love it!

Avoid, weird owners. Checked in and my "non smoking" room smelled heavily of pot, had to use an air freshener to constantly mask the smell. Went to ask the front desk for soap (they don't put it in the room I guess?) and the owner was paying a sketchy-looking guy on a bike a couple hundred dollars cash for who-knows-what. Upon checkout, the owner knocked on my door 15 minutes early to ask if I was ready to checkout, then asked me every 5 minutes while I was moving my stuff to my car. Ridiculous, 11 means 11. Room was fine, although an outlet didn't work. Overall customer service experience was horrible, not worth the $5 saved over the competitors.
