Needs more variety and train their staff better with knowledge of parts.

Never has anything I need and if I do purchase I have to return it to exact because one store has nothing to do with another store of the same change

As a woman, it can be frustrating to shop for car parts. Some places I've gone have not been very inviting, but I always feel welcome at this Advanced Auto. They are willing to take the time to help me find what I need without patronizing me for lack of knowledge. I highly recommend this store and it's patient employees.

It's hit or miss.

It's like going to any other auto parts store. Some items/parts are priced decently and other items/parts are priced too high. I only go if they have what I need in stock at a decent price. If I don't like their price or they don't have what I need in stock, I look elsewhere. Usually order what I need online and wait for it to ship to my house. For example I was working on a 06 Jeep Grand Cherokee and needed two lower front ball joints. Advanced Auto had them in stock but wanted too much for them so I ordered online from another business and saved around $30. Yes I had to wait a few days for the parts to arrive to do the job, but it was worth the wait since I saved money!

This advance always has it going on. The employees are always friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They keep a good stock of everything I ever need. Prices are comparable to almost anyone.
