mid
stay
as
it
was
absolutely
awful
.
What
a
difference
and
This
is
also
a
3*
hotel
.
Holiday
inn
staff
starting
with
the
front
of
the
house
desk
to
bar
staff
to
restaurant
staff-
amazing
,
polite
and
welcoming.
Even
the
cleaning
ladies
in
the
corridors
around
the
room
where
no
one
can
see
them
also
really
polite
and
friendly.
Every
morning
,
saying
Hello
And
Good
morning.
Massive
difference
to
the
Premier
inn
.
I
stayed
with
my
two
daughters
a
couple
of
weeks
ago.
Rooms
standards
much
higher
,
better
beds
,
better
sleep
.
Food
was
absolutely
delicious
served
to
us
by
this
lovely
lady
called
Renata
I
believe
,
always
smiling
and
polite
.
The
ladies
at
the
front
desk
also
very
pleasant
to
deal
with
,
smiling
and
every
morning
a
nice
"Good
morning
"
to
you
.
That's
all
you
want
from
a
hotel
stay
just
a
nice
polite
Good
morning
and
a
decent
food
.
Food
was
beyond
my
expectations,
the
chef
there
is
fantastic
especially
the
grilled
Sea
bass
on
the
bed
on
sautee
potatoes
with
leeks
and
peas
with
tarragon
-Delicious.
The
person
who
run
the
health
club
also
very
polite
and
nice
to
talk
to
and
advice
.
The
only
one
thing
that
happened
was
,
my
daughter
has
forgot
her
retainers
that
costed
over
£300
when
she
realised
she
left
them
there
after
we
checked
out
,
we
have
checked
with
the
cleaning
ladies
they
said
they
haven't
found
anything
so
£300
lost
due
to
this
as
my
daughter
needed
then
to
replace
them
.

I
think
would
be
a
good
idea
if
someone
from
the
hotels
standards
would
look

cannot

comprehend
how

Holiday
Inn
Vs
Absolutely
shocking
and
Awful
Premier
Inn
have
the
same
star
count
??!!
